@E2vids i want to buy the phone, and i want to ask you about the battery life of the phone. is the battery life good? how long does the battery last? a lot of people say it drains fast, and i need your opinion :) thanks in advance
@MrstheUnknown Official specification states that Standby battery life is up to 285 hours (2G) and up to 360 hours (3G). Talk time is up to 4 hours (2G) and up to 3 hours 30 (3G). However remember to switch off 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when you are not using them and you can make the battery last far longer! :D
hi i m planning to get Xperia X10 Mini .. would like to know hows the CAMERA / Image / Video Quality and the MUSIC PLAYBACK Quality of this phone. presently i m using a Walkman Phone from SE .. but i m little confused because i heard its difficult to SMS on X10 Mini( i m not too keen on Mini Pro ).. hav u downloaded Keyboards from Android Market .. hows is sms experience on X10 Mini. what do u recomend? .. i m also thinking of HTC Wildfire. so choice is X10 Mini or HTC Wildfire? :)
I would go for the Wildfire. The Mini is great really small and compact. But the the slight bit of extra money, with the Wildfire you get a good mid range smartphone. And it is very slick to :)
@22rockarolla Wow, thats a tough one. Really its down to taste and what you want/need out of your phone. The X10 Mini Pro is the only one with a touchscreen and slide out QWERTY keyboard for easy texting and emails. Both of the X10's are also lightweight and compact. While the Wildfire has a larger touchscreen, more apps, better customisation and improved social networking functionality. I think I would go for the Wildfire but I do love how stylish and small the X10 mini range are :)
@MartinHomeVideo What impressed us most Martin was seeing the Android OS running on such a tiny device, its a pretty unique mobile phone. Difficulties with customising wallpapers and background is a pain as its important to have your phone looking how you want.
It is not down to the fact that apps downloaded from the phone will not work, 99% of them work.
Its down to the fact that most of the apps do not show up in the marketplace because they are not compatible as google filters the market place based on the specific phone as most of the apps wont work.
So you only ever see apps which are compatible.
Try looking for two of the most popular games "Heavy gunner 3d" or "super KO boxing 2", their not on the market place on the x10 mini at all.
This phone is great. :) It is small,has got a lot of apps,good camera but it has a bad battery.

battery last max 24hours if u actually using the phone
u cannot create folders and sub-folders of your media
it is practically impossible to set up your own wallpaper/background
perfect choice for kids, 13 and younger, thought...
