  • i cant believe u sold tht defenatly nicest 99' blaster ive seen,,, and would it be too much overkill to put an LRD muffler on a lightley modded 05 blaster., all i got into it motor wise is v- force reeds & valve system

  • @OGxYAMAHA Good luck finding one. The silencer alone won't do anything. You need the pipe as well. You will get an increase in power, but it definitely works better with a ported engine. Arlan Lehman at LED made the LRD pipes and has his own business now. Do a search for "LED performance engines" and it will give you info...he can build you a custom pipe.

  • gnarly pipe dude

  • nice blaster man ...i just took my apart and rebuild it .....im getting some new rims and tires for the front and i like the tire size of yours ...whats the size of it...rims 10x6 ?....tires 19x6 ?...thx

  • i got a 1996 for 900 .it a lot stuff on it..

  • Wow $1300 is a really good deal... I bought mine for $200 (almost free) and it's a 2002

  • Can u send me a link where you bought those Back tires.?

  • i have the same seat. but. it ripped. where can i get a new one. i had bought it with all decals from nacs racing and seat. please reply. also how much was it?

  • where is the vin number located on these modles i cant find mine

  • @TheAndrewraab Sorry....not interested in trades

  • if u dont mind me asking how much

  • @monsterracing6 $1300obo

  • how much

  • well i ride by myself out in the conuntry and is the aeon pipe made for lt250rs? THANKS illcheck it out bro

  • how can i make my 1987 lt250r louder? and what exhaust should i get ? a dg or fmf i kinda want the dg

  • @OHIOstateBUCKEYES014 Why would you want to make it louder? That just pisses people off and people will turn you away from riding locations. At any rate, look for an Aeon pipe or maybe some of the LT250 forums can help you out. FMF is definitely better than DG though.

  • nice quad i think i should upload a video of mine my blaster and banshee look like twins haha

  • im sorry for asking so many questions but your the only one who responds quickly. i wanna get some paddles for my blaster and it came with some but there woen down and the size of tire is 21x12x8 could i replace those tires with 20x11x8?

  • @TheHoffmanscarab No the rim width is too much. For blaster questions check out blasterforum.

  • Why cut the finders off

  • hey what kind of outer wears is that and were did you get it because i have a twin air filter with no airbox lid i think i should get one..

  • @TheHoffmanscarab I don't remember where I got it. Check Outerwears site and see if they sell them for the Blaster. If not, you can buy individual sheets of Outerwears materal and just velcro it on.

  • not 250cc dumbfucks lol

  • Hey i was wondering is this just for racing, or is it pretty good for riding trails? I wondered if the suspension was pretty good for hitting jumps and ruts etc...

  • hey were did you buy that pipe/silencer kit i want one!!

  • @TheHoffmanscarab I bought it from Trenga Racing(no longer in business). It is actually an LRD(no longer in business) RFX pipe though. I think you might be able to get the LRD pipe on Project Blaster still...no clue how since LRD isn't in business. Other than that, look for it on Ebay used. Arlan Lehman built the LRD pipes and now operates his own shop where he builds custom engines and pipes at LED performance engines

  • hey hen you get new tires for a blaster but still have the stock rims do you have to get the same size tires as old ones??

  • @TheHoffmanscarab The diameter can change, but the width will have to remain the same. Smaller diameter wheels will take away from top speed, but accelerate faster and will be less reciprocating mass. Likewise, increasing the diameter will increase top speed and take away from acceleration. Personally, I have 20s in the rear right now and 21s up front and I like that setup for trails.

  • that blaster is sick dude

  • hey what size rear rims and tires are they??

  • @TheHoffmanscarab 20 inch tires, 10 inch rims

  • how much for it in how fast it go

  • it ane worth 5000 jack u can go buy a brand new one for that much comm sens

  • ill give you 5000 if you hold onto it for me until next week

  • i cud give you 1400

  • @PLBMXFreaks If you are interested, feel free to PM me and you can check it out.

  • is this still for sale?

would you take 800 cash for it?

  • @skeletor212 Yes it's for sale and no I would not.

  • would you take $2500?

  • @slimshadyskater Yes I would

  • @frambesbuckeye wow umm where are you located?

  • @slimshadyskater Details are in video and description.

  • Is it steal for sell

  • @tsc005 Yes, it's still for sale.

  • @frambesbuckeye HOW MUCH

  • @COOLEY802 $1400ish

  • upgrade to a banshee, you will never regret it

  • @depsterboy Well it's an "upgrade" in a straight line, but the Blaster actually spanks it simply because it's smaller and lighter in tight, woody trails. With that said, down the road, I might pick up a scrap Banshee and rebuild it from the ground up and try to make it into something it is not....a great trail quad....just because it would be a fun project....something similar in DMCBanshee's build on here, but with an LSR rolling chassis and a LOT of engine work.

  • @frambesbuckeye we don't ride trails around here, we ride through fields

  • U shouldnt let is just sit there and run..its air cooled..especially if its modified (jus saying)..nice bike though..id rather spend my money on a banshee though.

  • @1985lilwyte1985 Letting it idle doesn't matter if it is air or liquid cooled. It is running at a low enough RPM that the heat build up is minimal and the pilot is already slightly rich to begin with, so the excess fuel adds to the cooling up to 1/4 throttle. Now if you are running it hard and then just let it sit there on a 100F day in the middle of a desert, that's another story.

  • @frambesbuckeye you just like owned him lol nice blaster

  • what size rear sprocket are you running?

  • @laxxmann4610 It is running the stock 40 tooth rear.

  • hey i just bought a yamaha blaster and I can only max out at 10mph I know how to shift and before that i was ridin a yamaha yz 85..... Whats wrong???? Can you please get back to me?

  • Comment removed

  • i have a yamaha blaster stock running good lil scratches nothing wrong with how it runs .i wanna sell it butdont know how much to ask for 2006 yamaha blaster white with black rims.can someone give mi price please

  • @tonketijuana Depends on condition and mods but for an 06, you might get $1200-1500........largely depending on the market in your area.

  • @frambesbuckeye thanx man

  • would you trade for a dirtbike

  • @jtlfootball3347 Sorry, have no interest in twist throttles and dirtbikes in general.

  • Looks nice, but my DS450 could beat it lol

  • @400exc Pshhh DS450's are garbage

  • spin freely and act as if it was in nuetral and the last time i was cruisin around in 4th it went to nuetral and now 4th no longer grabs at all. when the quads off, and i shift it into first obviuosly it turns over the engine, but it still does it if i pull in the clutch. last summer i rode it after getting it from a family friends shop and i noticed the crank case was dripping and i was running on bearly any oil. please give me advice on what to do. i wanna ride man.

  • @xXMULVINXx I'm confused what you are asking.

  • ive looked all day for a recently added video with a lot of recent comments because i have a question on my 88 yamaha blaster. okay, ive heard many different peope give me many different answers, when i start it and engage the clutch, the shifter clicks as if first gear is ready but when i let off the clutch im still in nuetral so i have to keep trying until it actually goes, and my second and 3rd gear work just fine but my 4th is a different story. 4th gear used to work but would randomly spin

  • @xXMULVINXx Create an account on Blasterforum and ask the members there about your problem you have. They would have more experience on that matter than myself and can help you out with just about anything and everything.

  • @EvansAutoShop ...........I took the oil injector off. They are sometimes prone to failure and by premixing I can select my ratio of mixture. Most people take the injector off.

  • How do you like those works shocks??

  • @22of44 They are a nice upgrade from stock. The stock shocks are quite stiff where the dual rates on the works I have absorb a lot more. My only complaint is I purchased them used and they were valved for a 160lb rider and I'm about 190lbs now so they probably need stiffened up some and some nitrogen added as the front end tends to dive too much for my tastes under braking. Getting them revalved is something I'm planning on doing sometime and adding hydro rear brakes.

  • need to adjust you oil flow mot enogh gettin to it

  • @dur13579 LOL what? It runs on pre-mix bro. Even then, none of what you said makes sense.

  • @dur13579 your retarded what is oil flow anyways

  • im in sandusky OH and was wondering how much

  • Would u trade a yamaha grizzly 125 for it???from 05

  • @MrHiimcoolman Haha no I'm going to be out of the ATV scene for a while as I'm living in Columbus now. Plus, myself and anything with 2 wheels doesn't mix well.

  • That carb mod shown in your avitar is crazy, who did that to the carb?

  • @ltdyfz99 Mark Cross at Hollywood Dirt Productions. He is no longer in business though.

  • how mutch will u take for it?????

  • did u sell it and how much if u didnt

  • what are you looking to get out of it, i live near Cinci, OH.

  • @INTERL0PER74 $1500ish but I'm hanging on to it right now and adding a few more mods.

  • Nice bike!

  • Fmf doesn't know what a good exhaust really is, be it 2 or 4 stroke. Tomey b1 or vitos fat bastard pipe. The LRD on it is really nice though and sounds nasty

  • what size rims are those 8" or 9"

  • @brojaidan Fronts or Rears? I actually don't remember off the top of my head. I'll have to go check. The fronts are stock rims just flipped.

  • will u part it out now if so how much just for the head pipe will buy just the pipe or may trade u a fmf

  • im in springfield ohio im trading ,my truck for the same looking one tomorroww

  • use toomey racing i think that is a bit betetr than LRD. Dyno is the best but toomey have the 2nd place.

  • @Gamerforever1 Toomey is more free breathing than the LRD. Toomey will produce more power, but it's at a higher RPM. The LRD produces great power at lower, mid-range RPMs which is a lot better in the woods and on an MX course.

  • @Gamerforever1 NOPE FMF IS FIRST

  • @MrBLASTER250 yeah, more popular but there are exhaust muchh better than FMF. LRD of cource, Toomey kill FMF, F7, Pro Ciruit all those exhaust produce more power than FMF.

  • @MrBLASTER250 liar!

  • i wish i had one to bad ur far from nm or i take my savings out and buy it from u im only 15 idk much about atv

  • @turbotech14 where are you located i hav a modded blaster for sale

  • @xr0b3rt3x Delphos, OH

  • @frambesbuckeye oh im in massachusetts

  • these are awesome project quads, i have a can am renegade but I kept my blaster just to work on and have fun, they are great atv's

  • @TucksAndSkis They are a great project quad for younger kids and even older adults. Even a 10 year old could get a start on modding any part of these quads from engine rebuild to frame gusseting. It was quite fun and simple for me.

  • its nicee..would like to see you ride it.

  • @4bmxer I was going to do it but I had nobody to film it, and I couldn't hold the camera and ride at the same time. It's only in my small city yard anyways, so there wouldn't be too much to see unfortunately in such a small area.

  • @TheQuadracer7 Right now, I am not parting it out, although I won't rule it out down the road if it doesn't. The reason I don't want to part it out is because with the engine having the full HDP MX port and polish along with all the other work, the LRD pipe is necessary for the engine to run efficiently.

  • @frambesbuckeye WILL U PART IT OUT NOW IF SO HOW MUCH FOR THE WHEELS AND EXHAUST SEPERATLY

  • @TheQuadracer7 Sorry I don't have the heart to part it out yet. I'm still going to sell it as it is. If I sell the pipe, the quad can't run with the stock exhaust due to the Stage 3 MX porting, increased compression from head milling/rechambering.
