North Dakota has got to be one of the most amazing places on earth next to Winnipeg the People can actually fix frozen Water lines when Its below zero and work on Cars without Their fingers being frost bite.
I live in the mid-atlantic area, it's 13 out, and I don't wear snow pants, toboggan, mittens, or a smile. It's cold here from October until April. I don't understand why people act like that's the only place that gets cold in the winter?

How about a public service announcement advising people to avoid North Dakota because Nodaks are hostile to anybody who isn't actually FROM there? The five years I spent in North Dakota (America's "rural ghetto state") felt like 25 years...IN PRISON.
Maybe people are hostile to you because your wholelife's mission seems to be spewing childish hatred at people you don't know. Still bitter about the GF City Council, huh John?
