as you see in this clip it's all army and trying to rein-act or mimimic tactics used... looks good and I wouldn't mind taking part.. I tried to join the army but failed the medical.. my friend who joined at the same time has been to afghan 3 times now.. I decided to try airsoft because, I love anything army.. A friend said to me " when you get first contact" you get a buzz.. you can't tell that to anyone who hasn't been in the army because they don't understand.. I would like to get that buzz

@nursebank Ican tell u now.. Airsoft is nothing like The real thing lol.. It can mimic it but uo cant say you know how it is when you never been... Airsoft is a shit load of fun but it doesn't give u a buzz like you would get from going to iraq, Afghan, Baghdad Etc..

I dont think covering needs general training for airsoft. I get by well enough by just finding a good surface with no gaps infront of me where BBs could pass through, keep checking your flanks and positions of teammates and enemies whilst in cover. Also check that there isnt anything nearby that BBs are likely to richochet of. Works well enough for me.

well, a m16 has 300m range,

most BB pistols are 5-7m, 10m from a height

airsoft rifles are 10-13m, 115-17 from a height

but i'm not into that, not into gun making, and all that, i'm into cover taking, shooting, cuz i wanna be ready for the IDF, thee only thing i wanna do is check and visit arab prisoners, and kill those who shoot me, not because theeir arabs, becuse i gotta peotect myself, if i see an arab.....i don't suspect a bomb, i got plenty of arab friends

Not really. When one announces ready/set covering, that means that he is ready to lay suppressive fire, and the next element can bump. When bumping, one should announce "moving/etc," and the moving element should not move until the covering element is shooting. (that was their only mistake.) The covering element commanding "move," is an extension and may help maintain stronger communication, but it is not necessary.

well, if you are going to be VERY serious, a g&g type gun would be good ($300+) or serious is echo 1 ($150), they are great quality for the price and shoot very well

very cheap guns ($60-) would be at dicks sporting goods or sports authority or online

@theonlyones1 i'm one, but i'll tell u that before being one i already had the common sense and IQ, to cover the guys with me so later when i was in trouble i'd have people alive. moreover after running you don't crouch... you go prone, dee dee dee, cause if your hit crouching then whoes there to cover eachother, one man has no cover but that of his own gun, and that's you gotta be prepared for tight situations like snipers, these guys look like gay soldiers. lol, they should try the core!
