Doctors are supposed to report a seizure to DMV and patient is not supposed to drive till they are seizure free for a year.

Well, it is because the mother told the judge she did not feel like getting out of bed to take the boy who had a heart condition to a cardiologist appointment. Even though the dad said to call him and he would take the boy if she could not. She did neither. Her rap sheet is long and her mother also has a mile long rap sheet. The Judge maybe also took into the fact that she just had a baby w her brother and is living w him, his dad and her mom, in what the grandmas rap sheet says is a drug den.

He was not with the teenager when he got custody, he lived with his mother.

The judge did not count the dad or the moms criminal record because they were well in the past and they both had one. Mom was at court three times and replied to all orders so what she is claiming about a bogus address is not true. They made some allegations against the dad but could not prove them. Maybe Crystal was just embarrassed she lost so she made up the bogus address story.

The judge said Ron and Crystal both had a rap sheet so he did not count either. Ron has one arrest in 2002, several charges but one drug arrest when he was 18 years old. The judge had to choose between Ron and Crystal. That is the problem.

In another interview the Mother (bio) has already clarified she was ALSO there on the same property as Ronald (and inside a house) when this happened right outside the house.Ronald was 'waching' Haleigh. She(mom) was packing up the car, putting Jr in the car seat and went in to get the baby's diaper bag. She says she is the one who jumped into the water to get Haleigh out after Ronald was cursing and screaming at her.

I think this newscaster was just phishing for a story - also in other interviews, when asked if "Haliegh would ever just wander off and go to the water herself " - this incident was also is used by both parents to demonstrate the baby is afraid of the water now.
