  • Actually Ronaldo's body is really tricky. He has abnormally huge lats and a lean body, giving him the impression that he's big.

  • The fat in things like Greek Yogurt and Cottage Cheese are also good, if eaten in limitation (stick to the serving size)

    thanks for the video, I needed a tutorial especially for Cristiano Ronaldos Body. But I've got some questions:

    1. I always thought that, everyone who has got many muscles, will be automaticly slow and sluggardly: But look at Cristiano. He's incredibly fast.. HOW?!

    2. Doest it last when I work at home like Crunches, Push ups or knee bends? And how can I work on my Latissimus at home?

  • @10MagicMourad10 Cristiano does not have many muscles, bodybuilders does. Look a marathon runners and sprinters. Explosiveness takes to to the body Cristiano has :)
