  • 1984 actually ;)

  • lol. How did you do that? SHOW!!

  • 1:46 hehe epic mimicry. xD

  • SHO ME SAN DA FLO!!!

  • this is from 1984. I was 10 at the time and loved this movie

  • 3:31 Come back tomorrow

  • actually its from '84 the movie.

  • Karate training is not only with the body, is with the soul and spirit (KI). In karate the word Ossu (oshi - shinobu) --we said OSS-- explain all that Miyagi do in Daniels training. OSHI means: the important of the effort and the importance of the spirit in combat. SHINOBU express resistance to the pain. The meaning of the words "OSSU" is something like "push your effort" "push your resistance" or "push your pain". For all that, we need: patience, perseverance, courage and peace. This is KI

  • HES JUST BEEN MIYAGI'd

  • My FAVOURITE part! I love these movies... (:

  • Always look eye. Come back tomorrow. Repeat.

  • Very clever scene that, Daniel was unaware that when he was doing all those jobs for Mr Miyagi in an unorthodox way, little did he know that he was learning some very useful blocking moves.

  • Pat Morita was unbelievable as Miyagi. He made this movie great!

  • 1984

  • How did you do that? SHUT UP!

  • hey guys , I knwo we could do accent jokes all day, but check out 1"05 > 1:07 specifically 1"06. I NEVER ever, with thirty years of using the English languagge (jus look at the year I was born in my name lol) of thirty years utilizing English as my primary language, I NEVER realized that the word, excuse me word(S) plural; could be ONE word and basically one syllable. When he says SHUT-UP, its like "Shupt" lol, listen to it again and thumbs up me if you get it lol

  • @CubbieBear1980 He don`t say ``shut up`` it say ``SHOW``,LOOK CAREFULLY AT 1:05

  • hehehe... daniel keeps on cussing at mr. miyagi. i don't know why but all the cussing coming out daniel, makees me laugh...I'VE BENN BUSTING MY ASS FOR FOUR DAYS!!! OH BULLSHIT I'M GOING HOME!!!!

  • @youngdreamsetter `my doohde Ur totally right. IDK Ur age, (U can see mine by my name lol) bein and eighties baby raised in a Super Christian household, somehow I (conveniently maybe?) forgot tOO lol. Thats seemed like a lil much for a kids/family movie in that "ET family friendly" decade lol. I reemmber Daniel cussin in the sequels to come but not like that. Funny thing is, I think he cussed more than 'the next karate kid' and she was older and it was the 90s!! The naughty 90's 60s upside down

  • Press 5.

  • that is mystical kung fu bullshit. when you can pick up 45 pound plates like beer cans you are immune to this mystic chop saki karate nonsense.

  • @ChesterDoraemon I totally disagree.

  • @ChesterDoraemon Bullshit. Even a guy who can bench 500lbs with no problem would get his ass kicked by a martial arts expert. Why? Because muscle power means nothing if you can't even throw a punch correctly, or don't know how (/are too slow and bulky) to defend yourself.

  • @ChesterDoraemon I'll take a fighter, gymnast, wrestler, powerlifter, or any athlete over a bodybuilder. All of the aformentioned train to get strong, while the bodybuilder trains for looks. Easy to see who would lose.

  • @ChesterDoraemon It's not all mystical, but I get your point. There is a huge advantage to strength, no doubt. The properly applied strike in martial arts has to do with the focus of delivering energy to a specific point in space/time. It's why slightly built martial artists can deliver great power. A strong muscular guy is probably going to be able to take more physical punishment, but the true masters of martial arts are in a class by themselves. Strong guys aren't automatically immune.

  • 3:15 The original Neo ;)

  • there is a method to his system!

  • I love when he smacks him in the head.

  • Mr. Miyagi was Chuck Norris' trainer and teacher xD

  • The year was 1984, not 1988.
