When I am old enough and financially stable, I intend to adopt a child, most likely either from China or Russia.

I've traveled quite a lot, especially through Asia, and I have never seen a kid sleeping on the pavement before, even in Third World countries. This is quite disturbing.

@SailorMan69 Yes I am aware of this and it's a disgrace, but most children here are homeless along with their parents, these children here have no parents with them on the streets, that is a HUGE difference.
