This is a great strtech, I wasn't able to go all the way for a few days but stuck with it. Its now part of my chest routine, does beauty to your bench. I have never had my shoulders click,
how long would it take to be able to do a full range of motion with the broom stick because my uncomfortable point is when i get a little pass the top???
I've dislocated my shoulder and had an operation for it, watching this video made my balls shrink to the size of peas and retract into the body. Goddamn that's uncomfortable reliving that in my head
@andSmithy1 yes tremendisly <<( i know i spelt it wrong-.-) but i have an uneven chest and it has been working wonders because i figured out my bad soulder poster was cause my right side of my chest work less
I would not do this drill if you have dislocated your shoulder multiple times. Coming up over the top in this reverse motion can cause a subluxation in your shoulder.
I have a SLAP tear in my right shoulder but dont plan on getting surgery would this type of stretch be beneficial to restoring some of my lost flexibilty in my shoulder?

WTF, I couldn't do that if my life depended on it. I can get the stick about 3 inches past overhead and then my arms can't go any further....

I can do this, but my shoulder makes some crazy noises, and the sensation afterwards is really wierd.

A few questions. I developped flexibilty so I can do it with narrow grip ,is it ok or is it counterproductive/harmful??
Do u let the broomstick rotate in ur hands or is it a rigid grip??
Is it the same to do it with a rope??
supbrahs 2 years ago
in my opinion.
yeah it awesome you can do it narrow grip thats shows real flexibility, keep it up!
keep rigid grip dont let it rotate tgrough your fingers as this would make it easier.
im wouldnt bother with the rope, keep up with broomstick and try to ge a progressively narrower grip. ;)
