  • The AC 6 had the same tractive effort of all the AC`s through AC 12. AC 5 and lower were less powerful. Beautiful!

  • A PS1 version came out quite a few years ago,

  • @toytrains1 Thanks a lot toytrains1

  • @Toytrains1 Was that the older version of the cab-forward you were talking about?

  • is it possible to get an ac12 type cab forward with a rectange tender?

  • AC-10 and above did not have vanderbilt tenders

  • @trainboy94

AC-7 and above actually. AC-6's were the last class of Cab Forwards to have the old vanderbilt tenders.

  • I own the same locomotive . I have not converted to P2 but I may. My particularly unit runs very smoothly and I sware I think it could pull 50 cars if ona a large enough layout.

  • why is it hauling ass?

  • i am soooo in love with that old Proto-1 articulated chuff sound!!!!!!!! god i need to get one of these original locomotives. anyone know where i can find some (that have not been Proto-2 converted)?

  • awesome layout ive only got a small n gauge layout but expanding hopefully like yours

  • Can you run it a little bit slower so I can hear the chuffing better on that beaut?????

  • amen to that!!!

  • I like cab forwards

  • So do I. If you look at the side rods going in the opposite direction than they should be, it looks like the engine is walking on four feet. In the case of other engines though, I'd say their long-legged and walking on their knees. I hope that's not offensive.

  • OK, I know it's a steam loco in what would be normally considered tail end first, but for some reason I just don't like it's looks....something only a mother could love, I guess.....nice video though...5/5

  • It screams TOY!!!! Galuuuuuuuuu.....

  • it has all the sounds. I love that whistle.

  • My PS1 wabash won't run with the track voltage. How do you do this?

  • Try replacing the battery. If that dosnt work its time to upgrade it to a PS2 sound and command system. The upgrade is probaly the best solution.

  • wierd looking, but great vid. do you know why it would be cab first?

  • I heard it was due to the length of the tunnels, they were so long and narrow the smoke would asfixiate the engineers because it would accumulate in the cab. so they put the cab first to prevent this from happening.

  • Nice collections. I dont have room for a layout in my apartment. So this is what I came up with. check out my golden gate bridge train layout.

  • Convert it to PS2.

  • Neat

  • wow he is a giant one

  • Simply amazing!
