  • creatinine levels if high in the urine it means MAYBE you have kidney problems. not cancer (ok it can be kidney cancer, but generally kidney function problem). but intense training, high protein diet also raises creatinine levels in the urine.

  • @MaximoMass Honey is comprised of sugar just like any other sugar. If you like sugar, usually best to have it in the morning and a little after exercising to help restore glycogen stores.

  • I am currently at 21 % BF and I am losing weight fast. I am doing strictly cardio with no weight training as advised by a personal trainer who says that I should cut down to 10% b4 I start to really add mass. I am wondering if incorporating a weight training regimen with intense cardio now will help me more than doing strictly cardio.

  • @signandtrade obviously that would help. weight training and cardio at the same time is one of the best things u can do so ur gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. U'd look like a boss in no time! Just do everything with intensity!

  • @signandtrade ur trainer is a moron. Studies show added lean mass increases calorie expenditure throughout the day and you burn more calories at rest. A proper training program should incorperate both weights and cardio to lose weight

  • just a small correction: creatinine is a byproduct of muscle metabolism. High creatinine is a clinical indication of acute renal (kidney) disease, not cancer.

  • @luimarco Lui, I am following you for a long time now, but I am not on facebook can you give us a list of the suppliments/vitamins that you take and when you take them? I'm personally an ecotomorph with an immune deficientcy to top it off and I am having a VERY difficult time gaining not only size but strength as well. Anything you can tell me would be very appreciated.

  • @luimarco Good opinions, I agree with you on the shake's over cottage cheese but it is still a great lean source of protein, I always thought it contained lot's of fat but the 1% M.G has 1.5 grams of fat per every 14g of protein! I found this very interesting because I always thought of it as a fatty meal :p

  • For the changing routine question I'll give you my views on it. I'm a full body fanatic (yes, I'm still having gains from FB routines even after 2 years of training) and variety is crucial if you want to progress. We have tons of exercises and variations to switch. About the legs, I'm a huge believer in squats as well but as you know there are many variations (front squats, zerchers squats, hack squats,etc). You don't have to switch your whole routine, just some exercises here and there.

  • 1MR is not for me nor my friend. We tried free samples, I couldn't sleep till 4:30 a.m. and I woke up at 6:30 a.m. While my friend got a headache after work out.

  • my last meal of the day is a glass of Yogurt with a few nuts in it, some ground flax, some oatmeal all mixed in it. sometimes I add a little bit of dry fruit as well for better taste.

    I figured if yogurt is slow digesting it is good as the last meal before bed for a slow release of proteins to the blood steam during the night
