Fake. Those Mig-23 arent in an UFO intercept mission. This is an ground attack training mission. See the "Soviet air power" video here in Youtube. Its the exact same images, approaching the exact same area. Notice that the jets attack lined behind each other. So we can safely assume that those dots in this video are mig-23 approaching the target area ahead of the filming mig-23

Focus on the fields in the background. The plane bounces slightly from turbulance and the spots on the lens appear to move with the aircraft and not independently. Also, the plane's forward speed would cause the air to push any condensation in irregular patterns. Next time you take your car to the wash, watch the water droplets on your windshield when the air dryer passes over. They move all over the place.

I agree with you about the windshield wenk, but the camera is mounted elsewhere. Maybe closer to where the wing meets the fuselage. And the camera lens would not be curved like the cockpit, but flat. Just something to consider. The main thing is that the dots don't move independantly of the aircraft. Compare them to the background.
