@AwesomePanda34 Look at the graphical fidelity of the game. Try rendering 256+ avatars in real time whilst keeping track of projectiles... all in real time... The PS3 simple cannot process all of that information. The reason mag did it well was because each 256 player game was essentially 4 64 player games. Plus, MAG was pretty fugly haha. Still love the game though.

@TheMohawk36 Again that same STUPID DUMBASS question...The Dust players will have control over "Sky Fire Batteries (SFB)", and as long as a good team maintains that, NO-ONE from EVE will be able to send Orbital Strikes, because the second they do that, their ship will be blown into shreds by the SFB...If you lose your SFB, then you deserve getting your ass kicked. If you watch the E3 trailer closely, u'll see the enemy trying to take control over the SFB, but they failed.

@Ebb0Productions Yep and thats why this game will fail, right now In EVE, to take over territory you have to blow other people's stuff up. So why not just nuke all planet from orbit? there will be no need for DUST

@TheMohawk36 Again that same STUPID DUMBASS question...The Dust players will have control over "Sky Fire Batteries (SFB)", and as long as a good team maintains that, NO-ONE from EVE will be able to send Orbital Strikes, because the second they do that, their ship will be blown into shreds by the SFB...If you lose your SFB, then you deserve getting your ass kicked. If you watch the E3 trailer closely, u'll see the enemy trying to take control over the SFB, but they failed.

@TheMohawk36 That's true, but nuking a whole planet tends to damage stuff. Maybe they'll allow us the option of supporting the console peasants from orbit with laser cannons and stuff. :D

@Ebb0Productions I'm not to sure who you hung or hang around in EVE but they are far from cocky or annoying. Maybe if you get ganked by pirates, yeah they can be a little cocky. But from the years i have played it have experianced more nice people(even on the other side of my guns) then i have in ANY other MMO. And i hope to see that reflected in 514.
