It's a love song/breakup song. Wo bu yau tai shang is " I can't think anymore."

Wo bu yao tai shang ni is "I don't want to think about you anymore." Bu zhe(?) is " I have become aware." Ai ching .... long juan feng" means something like "Love hits like a tornado." Hope this helps a little.
