Amazing discovery! I think my grand parents need to think about this. They have 3 extra rooms as well, but one is for guests, and the other is a workspace area. The forth is for sewing, but it definitly can be used as a wall to wall closet. That way, my granmda wont have to take everyone elses closets anymore!!

I have a similar set up in my current place. Except its only about 3 feet long and jammed in the corner between the outside wall and the bathroom. You're lucky to have all that space!
