I noticed that too. Apparently there is a fix, but it didn't work for most people, not sure where you get the patch. Try reducing the quality, other than that there's not much you can do.

@Aaron1046 i know this is really late, but others may see this. Just drag the "Update rate" tab all the way to the LEFT. It will appear almost in real time.

I don't know exactly, but its usually under sources, like the bit where you can choose what camera you use etc. Theres usually the manycam option there.
