Hey. Thank you so much for the upload. I'm new to playing Blues and this is a favorite song of mine. I've started playing on an Epiphone Casino EB and this video really helps. Can't wait to check out your other breakdowns.
cool lessons man!! very well explained.I,ve been trying to figure out that riff for more years than I care to mention. sometimes the simple stuff is the most expressive.
hey man, i truly think ur great guitarist, im only a beginner, i can play 1 song and a few riffs such as voodoo child and iron man, but im learning this now, as i have such a good teacher, but i cant seem to get the right sound on the first chord section
Thanks man! Although i've bin playing it on acoustic it sounds fine! I aint great at bending tho so i just slide everything to the 4th fret in those cases
You make it easy for all us wannabes.Thank you.I have a request. If you take requests,I wondered if you might do a lesson on the country guitar instrumental "Honky Tonk"
I like Mojo & Marty,,,are their video lessons available for learning finger picking Blues for a complete beginner,,, i want to play North Mississippi Hills Blues style.... please reply
I don't even know if you will respond to this, but I have an Epiphone Les Paul and I can't quite get the same sound, and my strings feel really stiff when I try to bend. This is the only guitar I have that does that! But yet my best sounding one. Could you help me? Thanks
@MasonGuitarGuy Thanks for the kind words :) Strings too stiff: what gauge are they? Maybe a lower gauge would help? Also, it's a Gibson scale, therefore shorter than a Fender scale, which may account for the difference in feel? Be well :)
hey thanks man great lesson for a great song. lol love how your laid back and humorous all while being a great teacher. thanks again man and have a great chrismas man. keep rockin!
Very cool, I learned another one from you that I've spent a lot of time playing and incorporating into other blues arrangements. You need to show the turnaround.
@ak474orM16 He plays quite a fancy turn around huh? I think even any basic turn around would work.. And just embelish it alot! Just like he has done! He rocks!
thanks alot ive learned all your lesson in 30 minutes, your really good !! but you didn't complete the lesson !! can you make the little end ? :( please :)
I have watched some of your vids and my playing is already improving. My fingers are bleeding my ears are ringing and I'm going out to shoot them down. Thamk You GranttheGreat

Mojo. God bless you and your family. You are so generous to give such great gifts to others. We can tell it comes from your heart. Great things will come to you and your family.Peace be with you.
I was doing good until near the end but then you went pretty fast and I kinda lost it. When you went into your onw kinda riff improv..I was done...sigh..thanks though.
people!! you need more stuff to post than worry about how good the vids are. you dont need to see every thing if you know you guitar. if you know your guitars better you'll have less to b***h about.
Thank you so much!! There are many lessons out there but in most of them you don't understand anything because the guy just plays and says sometimes a few words about what he does. But you really describe it very well and also play the thing you're talking about several times, this really helps, thank you!!
He's not Canadian... but he most assuredly is French. 8 million French Canadians in the world, 60+ million French people... how's the Canadian angle coming up first? :)
