Beast Wars - hands down the best Transformers cartoon ever! I just loved the dynamic between Optimus and Dinobot. The initial interaction in this episode demonstrated the clash of their personalities. Dinobot was my favorite character in all the Transformers cartoons! He was the Transformers version of Lt. Worf.

This episode reminds me of an issue I seen as a kid. Issue 12 of the original Marvel comics depicts Optimus on the front cover blasting his fellow Autobots. Course it was a little different cause it was a false head on Prime's body that Shockwave had created. Also reminds me of "The Return of Optimus Prime" episodes with the hate plague. Ironically, Optimus was one of the few that avoided getting infected.
