and the one where a man stopped to help an injured stranger, got him to hospital, was charged the medical bills for said stranger, refused to pay, and a judge ORDERED him to pay the medical costs for a complete stranger he just happened to help.
We are fortunate to have the person who recorded & disclosed this Closed Circuit TV clip to the press & the rubbish collector lady, the only person who came to help the kid.
