All aid sent to Congo from America (which is probably 100's of millions) goes to individual women and not the gov't. Tell the gov't once all rapes stop then they can get the aid again.

Put power in the hands of these women so their "value" goes up and the men step up to protect them. People must have value or they are treated like things. Put land in the names of the women.

Oh right, they're off to rape third world nations of their resources to be distracted by atrocities taking place where there is little financial gain added to their cretinous coffers. Same ole same ole, eh.

this is heartbreaking and frightening. We need a world wide people's uprising and true democracy to put an end to systemic violence such as this.
