  • almost any song you listen to has samples

  • a fistful of quarters leads to disqualification but a fistful of dollars be the shit thats running the nation .

  • @israeli3030 i hear ya. Whats the eminem track with this sample? His old stuff was great. Infinite is my favorite album of his, im guessin cuz you said it was raw it has to be pre relapse and all those shit albums.

  • Instrumental??? and eminems is wack, kanyes is wack, and j cole...? cmon seriouslyy dont even bring that wack ass wanabe hip hop on right now

  • @Charvey888 the eminem that flowed on this sample is not whack. he was raw as fuck. Now a days, i respect him less then i do chris brown... biggest sell out ever in my opinion. no integrity as an artist with that guy. making money is fine, but never change yourself to appeal to the masses.

  • holy shit this is raw as fuck

  • Drive slow homie....

  • @dtwelveshady and bump this, not whack ass kanye haha

  • Fuck yeah, sampling is what keeps everything going. There's nothing wrong with sampling as long as they keep it original. No producer that samples is stealing, one of the many things that make hip-hop dope is that it can take parts of different types of music and create something completely fresh and unique.

  • Real shit

  • @NiggasDefyingGravity Slug makes music for the people first off. You don't think Slug couldn't be mainstream? I would like to see Lil Wayne attend Scribble Jam. See how quickly he is laughed off stage. Go listen to Binary Star/One Be Lo and you will understand my argument.

  • @NiggasDefyingGravity The fact you said Wayne is smarter than I think makes you an idiot. Slug created his own label from the bottom up, with people who he established a relationship at the start of his career. Slug did things that not a lot of people can do. Being indie is a lot harder then being in the mainstream. And Wayne just wants money dude, he isn't about making hip hop... more like hip pop.

  • Eminem uses this one too in "No One's Iller".

  • Dope!

  • Tupac use the same beat on shorty wanna be a thug but it all start with hank crawford song title wildflower

  • Anyone know the quote or the film that at 4:00 is??

  • To bad kanye stole this beat. Dynospectrum is the shit

  • @NiggasDefyingGravity How can that be the case if what I speak is the truth? His intelligence level is lacking... and I believe yours is too. Haha dude, stupidity couldn't apply to me on the simple fact that because I believe someone is stupid, that doesn't make me stupid in anyway. There is no correlation between stupidity and myself. You need listen to more Atmos... you might acquire a vocabulary of 20+ words.

  • @NiggasDefyingGravity Haha I believe your clarity is in need of check.

  • @NiggasDefyingGravity Haha no point in keeping the stupid alive.

  • i would rather listen to a song with sampling in it than a live instrument in it aaannnnyyy dddaaayyyyy

  • I feel like all the people who love Dyno are like my brothers and sisters. Love it.

  • Besides Kanye, D12 sampled this beat on 'No one's iller than me"

  • Don't forget Donny Hathaway's live version of Voices Inside (Everything is Everything).... sampling his last vocal on the whole track.... sick! Love Dynospectrum

  • Leaving tour soul shaking ...

  • atmosphere and dynospectrum beat all this new shit 2 dis day by far

  • yo check out the headshots response video. if you like slug and the dynospectrum you like this trust.

  • Enough about sampling. Listen to the lyrics, that's what Hip Hop really is anyway. The beat is nothing more than a vehicle for the lyrics anyway.

  • Who gives a fuck Wayne and T-Pain use Auto Tune. No one bitches bout that bull shit and they make fucking millions and exploit stupidity. I can't wait for Atmosphere to win a fucking grammy!

  • @TooChilly777 i bitch about wayne using auto tunes and just sucking in general, but there is a difference between using a sample beat and using a machine to change the actual sound of your voice.

PLUS WAYNE JUST TAKES WHOLE BEATS WITHOUT CHANGING THEM AND THERE IS EVEN A DIFFERENCE IN THAT SO FUCK WAYNE

  • @Levination Wayne = Antichrist of Hip Hop. He is a fucking moron. I hope next time he shoots himself, he actually catches his esophagus or heart or lung. What a bitch Wayne is.

  • "Some folks think that money means everythang....But there alotta folks that's got enough money.....And don't have no peice of mind!" Poetry, the Godfather of HipHop.

  • U cant go more underground than Dynospectrum...

  • @musikkism yes you can't

  • EVERYTHING IS A SAMPLE!! "no matter what you do there is nothing new under the sun, its never what you do but how its done." - nas

  • since in put this on facebook a month ago, this has gone up 20,000 views.

    i=happy

  • dopee

  • SLUG IS TEH MAN

  • /watch?v=rErLvJcN78k

check out my music, new midwest hip hop

  • This is by far the best song using this sample

  • Sampling keeps music alive

  • When Are You Gunna Learn Hate Lasts Keep Wack Out of Your Mouth If You Hate Someone Show Them No Mind

  • please people eminem =0 dynospectrum = 100 i hate that commercial basterd fuck eminem that fucking gay he raps for the money fuck that punk.

  • @roodmeester no shit he raps for money. his making a living out of it.

  • this is hip hop damn fuck all that comercial bullshit rap money songs with the car and the naked chicks fuck it this is the shit greeting from holland, the netherlands, amsterdam

  • no showing lyrics?

  • @blackyblackblack505 your ears are not educated

  • @nasribenzema Their masterbated

  • i know the original sample. check out dialated peoples defari interlude, its too sick.

  • this is fukkin qewdd!

  • i could listen to this all day

  • The Hank Crawford recording of "Wildflower" was sampled by Tupac Shakur on his song "Shorty Wanna Be a Thug" and by Kanye West and Paul Wall on their song "Drive Slow";Jamie Foxx sampled the New Birth recording on his song "Unpredictable". This track was used by a young Eminem on the The Slim Shady EP in 1997 with the track "No One's Iller".

    PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE. Its samples.

It wasnt Eminems. No one stole anything.

  • @Meghanisgorgeous happy your telling people whats up...but to a real head like me, you just stating the obvious

  • @Meghanisgorgeous j cole also used it in dreams

  • @BigRedCotter True!! great sample. J.cole killed it on that song

  • who has the first verse?

  • @goodtimesalltime Mr. Gene Poole has the first verse, then I Self, Beyond and Slug.

  • drive slow homie

  • Eminem stole this beat...

  • @ArbyWanKenobi its called sampling bro...so many producers do it. i can name 5 songs on top of my head with a beat the same or very similar to this beat. from j cole to tupac to eminem

  • @areeb2825 It's only sampling if you take a beat and change it, not just completely rip a beat.

Also, people usually sample non-hip hop music, not rap .

  • @ArbyWanKenobi I love the dynospec & atmos 8 million times more then Eminem, but eminem did the beat first

  • @veng3ance1 Huh, then Dynospec stole it from Em :)

  • @ArbyWanKenobi haha yeah, I was mad surprised when I found that out but it's all good

  • Where can I download there album? or buy it?

  • @immue got it pretty cheap off play.com. well worth it

  • The beat sounds like drive slow

  • old ant beats > new ant beats

  • ant has got the hardest snare - just love it

  • A lot of producers don't pay for the samples they use, especially lesser known tunes. Probably over half of the underground stuff is sample based, so you can call it stealing, uncreative or whatever. But samples certainly breathe new life into music that would otherwise never be heard by hip-hop fans. I've discovered loadsa tunes i'd of never heard just from samples in hip-hop, so it's all good in my opinion. If artists are about the love of music, they'd be honoured to have their music sampled.

  • @Cubanalan i guess to me as a big hip hop listener it just matters what kind of samples you use (like how far down you crate dig for them, or whether yu just scoop those top level ones that anyone can get, or how creatively an artist tries out one of those if they do choose the more known ones. I guess to me is if your going to sample how classy are you going to get with it you know. but an original sound can test the times which is what we all want to be able to do.

  • @Cubanalan i dont think that could have been put better.

  • But nobody cares that j.cole uses this beat in his "Dreams" song off of the warm up...

  • titty boner

  • kanye west got this from eminem's-no one is iller... not dynospectrum and d-spectrum isnt all that greatt either atmosphere is the only sick one

  • @DJImmune951

    you're a fucking retard.

  • @DJImmune951 Funny joke. Idiot.

  • @DJImmune951 How gay are you?Seriously Clean your Ears Fool If you have ears?

  • @DJImmune951

    you are retarded

when he's with dynospectrum he's not "atmosphere" you retarded fuck. his name is slug, or mc slug.

and other guys in dynospectrum are equally as ill, if not more, than slug.

  • @Derankable SORRRY MASTER OF RAPP FOR OFFENDING THEE JUST LISTEN TO THE FUCKING MUSIC U SMARTASS

  • A fist full of quarters leads to disqualification, A fist full of dollars be the sh*t thats running the nation!

  • To all you noobs-- Yall need to stop speaking of hate, or even think about thinking of hate when this song is playing..

  • @ShagginWaggin32.

I don't need to prove myself to anyone named shagginwaggin

  • fuck some negative argumental shit. this shit is ill as hell.

  • Damn, love this. Beautiful underground w/ Slug at his best. Such a dope song, this sample has been used a ton but this is my favorite song w/ it

  • dope ass song...Real Hip-Hop fuck those katz with negative comments to this video.

  • @Undergroundhiphop1

dude they stole the beat from eminem's no one's iller from the slim shady ep released 1997 while this was released 1998

  • @Creekwaterda59 You're ridiculous. This asmple has been used so many times its ridiculous. People use the same sample all the time.

  • The rapping is to fast and loud for the beat. Dynospectrum should try using a better mic :P

  • @lllVaPoRlll The emcees volume is perfect and you can clearly hear their shit... If you want a loud beat and quite meaningless lyrics turn on the radio

  • @ShagginWaggin32 nothing to do with the lyrics Im saying they should of used a different beat and their Mic seems to be underground style -___-

  • @lllVaPoRlll And a higher quality, less underground mic would be "better"?

I think this song if beautiful for many reasons. Its raw, its real, and you can tell a lot of work was put into this w/o a big budget. Really adds to the feel if you ask me

  • @Undergroundhiphop1 That song is pretty sick man how come you don't like it?

  • wack rhymes

  • Comment removed

  • @Undergroundhiphop1 i like them both for diffrent reasons

  • it's called sampling you ignorant dumbasses, almost every producer has done it

  • @GoggleMan25 no.... sampling does not mean steal the entire beat, rap on it, then make millions. Sampling means taking a sound clip you fuck

  • @pokornyx kanye sampled the ORIGINAL song by hank crawford you can tell because drive slow uses a cymbal sample, the song is some what slower, and it uses a horn sample in various parts of the song.

    You are the FUCK

  • @GoggleMan25 it still doesnt justify the various people ripping the original song and making more money off of it than hank crawford did. It's basically borderline stealing

  • @pokornyx

so if he made less money than hank crawford it would be cool?

you're ignorant. these producers pay for the right to sample the songs.

  • @flyingWill777 no i just dont think that whoever produced this song is that original or creative...

  • @pokornyx so you agree that it's legal to sample? i don't see the coherence in your argument.

  • @GoggleMan25 yes producers also do it as a technique to listen to the whole song. cuz the whole time ur listening to it ur like "what song does that noise come from?"

  • Super ignorance. That repetitive noise u hear is from a much older song by hank crawford

  • @dn157523 no shit

  • @GoggleMan25 not almost.....EVERY producer does it

  • @crazyyungsta08 true

  • @GoggleMan25 haha shut the fuck up faggot

  • Why do people have to talk shit about mainstream music on these videos? Grow the fuck up. you aren't better than anyone because you listen to less popular music. appreciate the music instead of using this video as comment space for wayne bashing.

  • @3eighteight what he said. Its all about the sound fuck the bullshit.

  • @3eighteight totally agree with you. thumbs up :)

  • @3eighteight Lil Wayne is a disgrace and offensive so I don't blame them. But I also kind of agree, its off topic and if you really loved the music point out something beautiful about it

  • @3eighteight hey....

    lil wayne blows

  • @3eighteight i agree with that, i just hate lil wayne.

  • @3eighteight YESYESYESYESYESYESYES

  • dis nearly better than drive slow

  • WHERE THE FUCK ARE THE LYRICS TO THEIR SONGS THEY ARENT ANYWERE IM PISSED

  • WORD IS BOND!!

  • Slug Gots The Sickest Part. Does He Not

  • I can't find the lyrics to this song anywhere...

  • did kanye jack this shit?

  • @mmyyddddd no dude. both songs sampled the same track. Wildflower by Hank Crawford.

  • Comment removed

  • @BboyProtoKind Hate to break it to you, but Dynospectrum made this song in 1997. Wayyy before Kanye even dropped out of college. Guess that makes you dumb too.

  • @DookieInHerBooty shiit my bad. that does make me dumb. thanks for the correction.

the Truth is Hank crawford was the first to use it in wildflower. then pac & dynospectrum. then kanye & D12.

  • @DookieInHerBooty but Pac used this back in late '95/early '96. february '96...i hate to tell ya that.

  • @leadersofthenewsouf What I said didn't have shit to do with Pac, I was clarifying the B-boy's claim that Kanye used this beat this before Dynospectrum. Uh-uh, you can't tell me nothin'!

  • @Undergroundhiphop1

so your saying this better than shorty wanna be a thug by pac?

or no ones iller than me by d12.

everyone and their mom sampled this beat. i honestly feel it doesnt do the beat justice compared to just two of the hundreds that i listed, that have sampled this beat. granted, its sick. but, it shoulda been done on a diff beat. it really feels like they wrote it to a diff beat. im totally into dyno. but kanye, d12 and pac's versions sound better to me. take it easy.

  • i asked a former bandmate if he can relate to the sure shot 100% pure pot in a pipe that rotates...hahaha fucken original. l love HipHop!!!!!
