Well, you can download every new series episode to date from Mininova (dot) org, a torrent hosting site. You'll have to know how to download torrents (it's not hard, you can look up how to do it if you don't know how, any questions just PM me) but you can get any episode in impressive quality. This is how I'm able to watch Doctor Who the night it's on in the UK even though I'm from the US. Just search for "Doctor Who MM." They also have every episode of Confidential.
