  • I commend this guy, great job. I have just completed and won my 4th weight loss challenge at my gym and started into #5 on Monday of last week. I have no lost over 80lbs and I feel GREAT. Keep it up everyone.

  • To TheLizardKing...actually it's not. Your body naturally regulates it's weight and if it feels you are losing weight to quickly it will adjust your metabolism so you will not lose as much. What's unhealthy is having extra fat full of toxins weighing you down.

  • Can anyone say "Unhealthy". It is very Unhealthy to lose weight that fast. Walk four miles a day, eat less and drink lots of water.

  • I am doing that plus taking a Multi Vitamin and going to the Gym 4 times a week. I am losing weight just as fast as this guy and building muscle. Also I feel much better and I am not fatigue at all during the day, so :P

  • Obesity,is a social disease as well as physical,and once is faced that way then it's handling is very possible.I was 250 pounds in november 2007, in 6 months I lost 90 pounds,you get the discipline and then you get the willingness,because if you see the results with what you are doing then you get the impulse to keep on,in my case I used cellular nutrition ,in any case losing weight is not a lost battle.

  • You don't gain or lose 1 pound a day. Your weight will fluctuate upto 3-4 pounds just from water and food you eat and the amount of salt you eat which retains water.

  • well put...and so damn true. best thing is weigh yourself at the most.. ONCE a month...you'll see far more accurate results.. the "reward" is better ..

  • I wish you the best of luck in your transformation goal. It takes alot of guts to put these photos online, even though you might be ashamed of it.

    I myself am on a transformation goal myself, I have 36 lbs to lose. Lost about 4 lbs so far, and with the grace of god I shall reach my goal:) and so shall you!

  • i just started eating healthier 2 weeks ago and ive lost 8 pounds, going from 200 to 192, and im not stoping there, here are some tips:

    drink lots of water

    try to only drink water and milk 9some juice is ok, but no diet sodas. in fact, regular sodas are better than diet bc diet sodas make u crave food.

    have a can of soup for lunch. some are only 250 calories and they get rid of water wieght

    stop eating after 9:00 pm

    have the right sized serving of some healthy cereal 4 breakfast

    exersize b4 food

  • honestly 9 pm is sooooo late, you shouldn't eat after 6pm, but if people stay longer awake they should eat 3-4 hours before they go to bed.

  • I am fat a weigh 70 kg im 14 I am not proud but i now have abs as I saw this video how to get 6 pack abs in 3 minutes actually it took 2 weeks before i got them but it was a change please look at the how to videos and give them a try sometimes it works it did for me. Juts look it up on youtube how to get 6 pack abs in 3 minutes lol but its really 2 weeks lol

  • im 14 and weigh 184 im trying to lsoe about 20 ibs then 40 so i can be skinny again this is kinda imberassing but how do i lose but weight =[ messge me someone

  • well you have to burn more cals than you eat. try and write down your cal intake because it really helps when your trying to keep track of how much your taking in. also always try to stay active the more you do the more you burn. now about 3500 cals equal to about 1 pound i dont know a whole lot about it but i hope this can get you started

  • I've come a long way. I weighed 245 and now weigh 187 and I am still losing. The internet is full of great calisthenic HIIT workouts that burn fat quickly. Look up Craig Ballantyne Turbulence Training stuff. You need to mix calisthenic with weight training to get the quickest results. It's hard work and it is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE but it is worth it please believe.

  • I know that sounds small but if you cram the food in there it is a reasonable amount. Eat fruit and vegetables in between meals. Eat until you feel satisfied. Stay away from non whole wheat grains and fried potatoes and table sugars found in sweets. You cut that out you will have solved most of your problem. The starches and sugars is what fattens most people up. Have one serving of whole wheat bread a day. Do lots of calisthenics.

  • scented flames is right the raw foods is where it's at and you can eat as much as you want. When I lost weight I sort of pigged out on fruit because I know you can't get fat eating that stuff. I also ate greens but fruit was a high percentage of my diet. Of course I had two squarre meals for the day with small portions of each. The meal has to be the size of your fist.

  • Are you eating raw foods? The enzymes you need to digest food are in raw foods - Try not to cook your vegetables - You will feel so much better the more raw foods that you eat. More energy, sleep better, your overall appearance will change before your eyes!

  • thanks for the suggestion. i eat raw veggies. About now I could probably eat some raw road kill!!

  • Seriously - you can eat as much as you want - if you eat raw fruits and vegetables! You should start your day with a green smoothie! Greens, bananas, apple, etc..in a blender Make a large pitcher and it will hold you over for most of the morning! You will have great energy. Raw food is mostly water, and alkaline, so it is easily digested. Don't be so hard on yourself, you're doing something about it!
