@ZoeBeattle because santa claus is a ghost based off saint nicholas who has been dead now for 1,700 years. and since ghosts don't die, it is a great perk for him to eat all he wants without worrying about consequences.

Santas last stop was Hawaii, I tracked him till he was in florida at 11:00 EST. Then i went to bed, then he came up, to where i am, i checked early in the morning, and he last stopped in hawaii.
