Get the # from the caller ID, report it to the phone company and if he doesn't stop calling they can terminate his phone service or even press charges.

I use to set the correct day/time on the machine but it gets erased every time we have a brown out electrical failure in this town. The brown outs are so common that I just gave up on it and all my messages come in on Sunday. :)
