  • Nice work, the forward and backward motion give you more comfort, and help to keep the bike on better as well.

    I need to get a new elastic for my rollers, but then I might do a similar modification to mine as well.

  • How did you make these?

  • Drilled threaded holes in to the legs of a regular roller trainer, put skate board wheels in those, built a track for that to move fore and aft, and tensioned the whole thing with rubber tie-down straps held to the roller frame by clamps for adjustability.

  • i recommend you dont come off rollers... cus then you hit the wall and make a hole in the wall like i did? thats the least of your worries...
