wow so did they really use the inside of the house too or is it like the golden girls were they just shot the front of someones house for the show?

@justinlablank2012 from what i read, the scenes inside the mack house were a soundstage, same with the chemical plant scenes. Only the exterior shots of this house were used at this actual location, that is just what i read lol.

@andross51 totally, the chemical plant always looked real, I always thought that Nickelodeon had rented a division of the Dow Chemical Company to use as a set but they used a warehouse. They did rent a chemical company to film as a set for the episode where hunter sneaks into the plant in the air vents because they needed to film the smokestacks at the back of the plant, but that was it. Yeah, I love TSWOAM, if I was the producer I would let the videos be on youtube :D

@MafiaScarecrow Yeah the exteriors of the plant no doubt were convincing of being an actualy plant. Go figure how the producers made that set convincing! Curses i wish there was behind the scenes footage of the show, would LOVE to see that! Haha man i can't image just having larisa's powers right now! Haha! Agreed i would favorite every episode you upload if you could! :D

It would be so cool if they did, my best friend got her copy of the last alex mack book in the series signed by larisa olynik, it would be so awesome to meet the actors. Who played the chemist Lars who took vince's job?

@MafiaScarecrow Kevin Quigley was the guy who played lars and man did a great job there. Not sure who took vince's place! Makes me want to see larisa morph today!

@andross51 Yeah, i loved how later on in the series she could morph with other people and objects, and how she could zap electricity from her fingers. one of my favorite alex mack episodes was definitely the videotape, that one was the one that got me watching alex mack. :D

@andross51 They should put Alex Mack back on the air instead of putting on all those crude humor cartoons and shows about girls becoming famous singers. Alex Mack and Are you afraid of the dark, clarissa explains it all, kenan and kel, all that and sabrina the teenage witch were all original, they're way better than the shows on today :D

@MafiaScarecrow haha agreed man, loved larisa on the show and still do today. HAha anyone who watched AYAOTD that show SCARED anyone lol! Great shows, i wonder what the sound stages, behind he scenes stuff looked on alex mack!!

@andross51 yeah, i also wonder what they did with all those giant logos of the hand test tube and the progress at any cost logo from the chemical plant interior, maybe the actors took them home or maybe they reused them as something else but i hope they kept the sound stages because whoever designed the mack house and the chemical plant did a great job :D

@MafiaScarecrow haha you got me, probably took them down after production ended in early 1998 or gave them to the production crew who knows! Agreed i wonder what it would have been like in this neighborhood when larisa, darris and meredith were stars in the 90's!! Alex mack rules! :D

@andross51 yeah, in the last alex mack book there was an interview of larisa and she said that if she really was alex mack she would NEVER take the antidote and that she would zap danielle atron into jail herself :D

@MafiaScarecrow hahaha i would be the same if i had larisa's powers. Larisa is 30 yrs old, gonna be 31 in june 7th, man i miss these great shows like alex mack. HAha i doubt louan gideon who plays ms atron would like that! :D

@MafiaScarecrow yep larisa is 30, miss here being a teen in this show however! Darris love is 31, and meredith bishop is 36, all grown up! :D I wonder if larisa and meredith are still in speaking terms!

@andross51 Maybe, in the books it said that Larisa, Meredith, Darris and the one who played Louis were all good friends even after the show and that all the actors who played the four main plant employees Vince, Lars, Dave and Danielle were all still in contact after the show but i don't know how long for. :D

@andross51 From season 1 I like the videotape and science fair, from season 2 my favorites would have to be world without alex and the one where she climbs the mountain, i can't remember what that one was called. From season three i like bad girl and friends like that, the test, the creeper and from season four i like green day, leaving and Paradise Lost/Regained. Those are my favorites but i like them all, i wish they were put back on youtube. :D

@MafiaScarecrow awesome, from season one i like the school dance cause htat was the first episode i ever recall watching in 1994! Also like the road trip episode. From season 2, busted and world without alex. Season 3, working, and the understudy. Season 4 green day and paradise lost and regained! Great way to end the series! :D

@andross51 yeah, at least paradise regained is still up on youtube, but it's the only one that is. :( i hope they put up more someday. i remember the school dance one, the ending was epic when alex and ray were on the hill and alex was zapping swirly fireworks into the sky at night. :D other shows never have moments as cool as that.

Haha i remember the school dance when alex enters scotts house and jessica comes in, who knew it was alba getting her career started. Agreed something about this show EVERYONE just loved! :D

@andross51 I put up some alex mack stuff on my channel, but viacom won't let me put up any episodes. I got the soundtrack from paradise lost/regained and photos from the shows and stuff. too bad nickelodeon won't air alex mack again, it was an awesome show. :D

@MafiaScarecrow it sucks you can't post any episodes i would so enjoy them all the time! Agreed must have been a high hit show back in nickelodeons heyday in the 90's! I wonder how it was in velencia and santa clarita when they filmed here at the mack house, curses now i am curious! :D

@andross51 It would be so cool to live in that house where they filmed Alex Mack, the neighborhood looks great. :D If Alex mack was real i'd totally want to be her friend, her powers are awesome :D I don't think the chemical plant was real though, it was really just a warehouse on the set that a designer decorated, but they did a great job! :D

@MafiaScarecrow haha agreed nice to see the mack house exterior. I think the plant and the interiors of the mack house were sound stages. The school scenes were actual schools filmed around the san clarita area.

I wonder if the cast: larisa oleynik, meredith bishop, darris love, darion lipinto, micheal blankley, louan gideon, natyana ross, alexia fields, john marizall. The whole cast had a reunion in front of this mack house! :D
