I'm as brown as you but believe it or not I use Soba for my bleached brows after lining them with eyebrow pencil in Blonde. I tried on your smudgey eyeliner look yesterday and for the first time in my life my eyeliner didn't smudge at all even after like more than 10hrs! I didn't even have to touch up. Before this I never knew that you could set your eyeliner with an eyeshadow or face/ translucent powder to prevent it from smudging. THANK YOU JOSH. :)
