I also work at ticketmaster and the reason the the you got better seats the next next is becuase the sections are the same view just on either side and the computer will pull one side infront of the other. Thats why you can always call the cal centre... maybe you should do somemore research... ignorance.
actually, the way it the ticketmaster system works is by sections and either 213 or203 has to be marked by the company as better seats, so they just put 213 as better seats. Then when the 1st say 10 rows are sold in 213, the system moses the best available to 203. When the 1st 10 rows of 203 are sold they will move to 212 then 204 then 211 and so on as the seats get further and further away, get it?

And as far as getting better seats later, it happens all the time and its just because people pull up tickets and put them back. Just don't call the ticketmaster calling centers to complain about this, we know it sucks and we can't do anything about it.

if you just make an account you dont have to fill all that stuff out everytime, you just pick your tickets and type in security code, thats it!
