Anyone have access to the scene where Marlon is crying at the wake of his wife who had committed suicide. A terrific scene where in an instant Marlon changes from hating and berating his former wife to crying, holding her and loving her. The terrific passion of this scene from hate to love in an instant is startling and surely rings true for many relationships.

Thanks for this. - It has been a long time since I watched this movie. It is hard for me to watch, it is for me the perfect Paris movie capturing the essence of the place. It also is a reminder of a personal event just steps from the Metro at Passy, that I can never quite erase.

I had forgotten the old metro trains with wooden seats & one first class car, seeing a 2CV on the street, old swoopy Citroens and the cafe dial telephone quite a flashback - I miss it but will never forget it.

Nobody could ever play such a tortured soul as Brando did, because he was a turtured soul, lost and detached and lonely. If you read his life story, you will understand. This is truly stunning to watch and listen to.
