  • PHIL: thanks for the feedback.. i actually had a sprained acl and didn' t know in some of the lifting bits.. which is why my knee was caving.. ha... but thanks for the feed back really appreciate it :D

  • damn had to break it in p[arts and that made the second on go first and first second. LOL

  • Squats, your both caving at the knee a bit. this can be fixed largely by just a technical flaw, dont break at the knee first when you go down. First thing you want o do is push the knees out your legs will bend if you do that but it will get your butt and hips more involved and keep that patella tendon safe. Believe me you dont want o snap one. The other thing point the toes out just a bit o let he glutes work and just get stronger glutes.

    couple suggestions, floor press the whole reasoning behind the move is to take the lower body out of it and use just upper body strength no transfer from the core, its harder but worth it, put he legs out straight.
