@Timbit8888888 You can basically do it whenever you like :) I recommend finding some friends who would like to do it with you. Risks depend on where you do it, but Free Hugs is famous worldwide so I don't think you should worry about being arrested! I encourage you to try it -- it's awesome!

@dbate4life Thanks for watching! Most people looked and made comments to each other (such as "Look, Free Hugs!" or "Go give them a hug!"), but it's still a bit of a taboo to hug a stranger in Korea. Ryan and I tried to break that mold :) A lot of people participated, but unfortunately I couldn't get them all on video due to the memory card constantly filling up :P
