To answer it seriously since u don't seem to be a troll and people who start swearing about it are more annoying than anything else: Queen and Bowie released this 1981 and Vanilla Ice released "Ice Ice Baby" in 1989.

At first he didn't label it as remix (or whatever you may call it since he just took the baseline) though, but when it became a hit, he apologized and from then onward Queen and Bowie have always been credited as the original creators of that baseline.
