@gitarkin one is a 12 string electric I am assuming like George's but i think your talkin about the other guitars which sound like lap steels. Pretty sure but could be wrong

@gitarkin MrCryptic55 is correct, it is a pedal steel (or lap steel) guitar. It is considered an essential instrument in country/western bands and doesn't really look like a guitar at all. One could use a bottleneck slide on a standard guitar to mimic the sound, but unfortunately there really isn't any good substitute for the original.
