@RattlerX5150 Agreed, besides which if anyone actually managed to make a Jazz sound like a Rick then Rickenfackers lawyers would no doubt rub their hands with glee & start legal proceedings immediately...not that I'd say no to a new 4003 if it was given to me.... :o)
Doesn't sound like Lemmy, but it does sound pretty heavy. A little too overdriven, but a nice fuzzy tone still. Lemmy got his trademark sound running his bass straight into Marshall GUITAR amplifiers. You can't properly replicate it without spending a LOT of money.

sounds nothing aven close to lemms bass-why would you aven think that?just because its got a bit of distortion on,it takes alot more than that to sound like the master of the bass
@motormadhead13 You are a complete retard, you can't even write correctly, "Lemms"?? who is "Lemms"? Is "Lemms" some German lover who touches you periodically?
I read that Lemmy turns all the volume and tone knobs on his bass up to full and bass and treble on the amp down to 0 while the mid is at full. And of course the volume is at 11;)
i got his tone on my crappy ld15 all you need is your tone on 6 on the bass, and on your amp all your mids at 3 o'clock and bass and treble on 12 o'clock, and your drive on 3 o'clock, trust me its almost bullseye especially with that crappy amp
Dude, you must be joking, right? this is nowhere...nowhere near lemmy's bass sound. I don't know what silly effect you are using (which is VERY obvious),but it is horrible. I'm not even convinced that the bass you have in your hands is even a Fender. Not even a "nice try" outta me on this one :>( Go read Lemmy's book..."White Line Fever".
