how long has it been since you have beaten florida? six years? wow!!! that pretty much much sums it up right there... so fuck fsu and ponder... yall might finally win this year being that we are down but hey we have to let little brother win sometimes... fuck all of you spear chuckin bitches..
I never said Tebow was a genius. He did, however, graduate with a 3.7 GPA. My point, highlighted so you can't miss it: "before you wrote 'Is Tebow ever going to graduate?'"
Again, you didn't know what you were talking about when you wrote that. But I like how you now have shaved Ponder's time to graduation down to 2 years, because 2.5 sounded too close to 3.
This is getting boring, you obviously don't have much beyond avoiding the truth. We're about wrapped up here.
Thanks. I thought it was a nice try, too. That's why I wrote it. I don't need you to validate my posts. You're approval or opinion is worthless. Seriously, how full of yourself are you!
As for an academic issue that happened in 2006-2007, nobody cares. Bowden's gone, along with his impressive record. FSU beat some weak teams like Duke and Alabama, so forfeiting some games really makes no difference. Thought you were smarter than that. My bad.
Hahaha I knee you were a know-nothing pussy bitch! You have been overmatched since the beginning.
You remember, when you butted in on a conversation that had nothing to do with you, by posting something irrelevant and worthless? Yeah, and since then you've done nothing to demonstrate to me that you are anywhere near my level of knowledge or sophistication. Good luck, quitter! Hope you find someone who gives a shit about sample sizes! Fucking faggot!
@80Greg80: LOL, you bring out the tough talk at the end. What a gutless troll you are. Sorry the facts hurt. "Level of knowledge"? You must be joking. Later, fool.
HAHA FSU 0-7 against UF in last 7, where the hell are u guys when it comes time to playing football instead of talking trash, garbage ass team = FSU!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, UF hasn't beaten FSU 7 straight in 7 years. Sorry to hear you can't count, but thanks for reminding everyone that gator fans truly are inbred hicks who dropped out of elementary school. Maybe one day you'll learn how to count and maybe even achieve your dream and finally get that GED!
Well let's see, FSU had a Rhodes Scholar starting at Safety last season. Considering that FSU had a football player who's more decorated and accomplished than the majority of UF faculty, I'd have to say FSU's standards are just fine. Thanks for suggesting that I compare FSU and UF! Anyhing else?
@80Greg80: You should have been taught that a sample size of one is pretty much meaningless. And a Rhodes Scholarship means that someone's very smart, but it doesn't make them more accomplished or decorated than most professors. Even if it did somehow, that would apply to FSU profs as well as UF profs, so your comment really doesn't make any sense. Try again.
First of all, I was talking about one of your fellow gators who said UF has beaten FSU 7 games in a row, when in reality it is only 6. You go from the difference between 7 and 6 all the way to APR, sample sizes and US News & World Report? We are all super happy for you that you're so excited about statistics, but maybe try and tone it down a little? A football video on YouTube is hardly the venue for a rousing discussion of your feelings on sample sizes. Are all gators as nerdy as you?
@80Greg80: This is hilarious. Do you read your own posts? I never would have said a word, except YOU went from "the difference between 7 and 6" all the way to "gator fans truly are inbred hicks who dropped out of elementary school." But I like how you're whining now that I've brought facts that mean a lot more than anecdotes about two players. And bringing up APR and school ranks isn't whining, it's proof that UF has higher standards and its athletes are graduating at a higher rate than FSU's.
For someone who flies their nerd flag as high as you do, it seems rather incongruous that you can't understand my simple, straight-forward posts. The vast majority of the "gator nation" I've met are jorts-wearing rednecks who never graduated high school, so seeing a gator fan saying FSU has lost 7 in a row fits the aforementioned narrative. You can look up all the UF stats you want. Won't change the fact that FSUs football players are far more accomplished than UFs.
@80Greg80: If I'm a nerd for taking two minutes to Google some stats showing UF and its athletes are academically superior to FSU and its athletes, so be it. Be proud of Ponder and Rolle, they're smart guys. But a couple anecdotes and a heavily biased observation about the Gators fans you've met don't change the facts--which contradict your narrative.
I'm sorry to hear it took you that long to google some stats. If it takes you any longer than 15 seconds to type something into that search engine, then you're probably not smart enough to cut up your own food or be trusted with sharp objects.
Again, we're all super proud that you like to spend your weekends googling FSUs graduation stats for athletes, but again, I'm afraid this is not the appropriate venue. And thanks for telling me to "be proud" of Ponder and Rolle. I think I already was, nerd
@80Greg80: My weekend lasts a lot longer more than two minutes, I don't know about yours. I guess you didn't bother to spend that 2 minutes or 15 seconds to look up any facts because you knew they wouldn't help you. And really, I apologize for forgetting that Youtube is only a venue for spewing trash talk that you can't back up. That seems to be your area of expertise.
"YouTube is only a venue for spewing trash talk that you can't back up."
Glad to see you finally realized YouTube is NOT the appropriate venue for going on and on about a university's athletics department's athlete's graduation rates. I'm sure you think that's a fascinating thing to argue about on a Saturday night, but I'm hoping now you'll realize this isn't the place to show off what a nerd you are.
Seriously, who goes around YouTube, looking for videos on which to talk about sample sizes APRs and how long it takes to figure out Google?
And as for my "trash talk" I can't back up, my comments on Ponder and Rolle were accurate. Google them, if you know how to yet. I'm growing tired of your whining, incoherent and incorrect posts. Find something more interesting than sample sizes to discuss nerd. When you accuse me of saying things I can't back up, make sure you know what you're talking about
@80Greg80: Seriously, who goes on and on about two players out of hundreds just in the last few years, thinking that backs up their trash talk? And who goes on and on about when someone posts? Find a more interesting insult name than "nerd", if you can muster up the creativity. And when you accuse Gators fans of being stupid, make sure you know what you're talking about. All this yapping about how you don't care about stats is because they show you're wrong. You're really running on fumes...
"And when you accuse Gator fans of being stupid, make sure you know what you're talking about."
Yeah, a gator fan said UF had beaten FSU 7 in a row as of this past season. I called him stupid because he was wrong. I was right, and have the facts to back it up.
What does that have to do with UF graduation rates? Nothing; your just desperate to find a forum on which to discuss sample sizes and other irrelevant topics.
UF president J. Bernie Machen is 66, I think, and he still isn't a Rhodes Scholar. Myron Rolle became a Rhodes Scholar at age 22. Machen only got his bacehlor's degree at age 22, and he didn't play football. Christian Ponder finished his degree at age 20, and led the ACC in passing offense, and had the 3rd best ypg average in school history. If FSU is as bad as you wish it was, or UF was as good as you wish it was, such talented and accomised student athletes wouldn't have chosen FSU.
And maybe you're right; maybe one example isn't significant enough. How about another! Christian Ponder already has his MBA. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in 2.5 years. Now, as a senior, he already has his Master's degree. So now FSU, in the last 2 years, has had starting football players with an MBA and a Rhodes Scholar. Your whining about APR and school ranks don't really seem too significant when you realize FSU has football players who are more accomplished than most UF students.
@80Greg80: Some meaningful measures for you: UF's Academic Progress Rate (which measures efforts to get student/athletes to graduate) is higher than FSU's. And in US News' latest rankings of national universities, UF ranked 47th. FSU was much further down the list at 102.
tebow is the best QB ever freshman year he won the heisman trophy and won the bcs national championship. In his junior year he won the bcs national championship AGAIN but he will never make it in the pros cause he can run better then he can throw, hes a white vince young.
Geez, Can't we get along...If that's possible for UF and FSU fans.
About the video...I'm an FSU fan but I at least can be sensible and say that UF is a better team then us right now. I hate it, but its true. The FSU fans that are on the video saying "Fuck Tebow" Thats just the rivalry talking. Tebow is actually an all around good guy.
Listen, teams have their up's and down's. UF fans remember the Ron Zook years I'm sure. FSU is a young team. All we need is a year or two.
at least Michigan can beat us, you also forgot Ponder is no Tebow, CAUSE HE SUCKS!, and no NC'S, no Heisman, no conference titles and most of all, NO WINS AGAINST UF. you cry like a little school bitch and you writing your garbage on EVERY gator vid there is lets your jealousy shine through, haters like you are hilarious. GO GATORS!!
You have already said Ponder is no Tebow before. Still very true. Thank Goodness he's not as arrogant as Tebow. He doesn't cry after a loss like Tebow. Ponder graduated in 2.5 years, now working on his MBA. Is Tebow ever going to graduate? How long has he been there? Thank Goodness Ponder doesn't kiss other players during football games like Tebow +Joiner. Nor did Ponder lie about where he lived so he could play HS football, like Tebow. It's not hating, it's the facts. Jealous of Tebow? LOL
I see your still obsessing about Tebow like you were 3 months ago. Don't stress too much and look on the bright side because FSU only has one more year of Tebow. As if that's really going to change the way things have been going.
LOL I see you still can't spell! "Your?" I know as a UF fan, simple words like that are still a brain-buster, but once you finish up that GED, things will start to make a whole lot of sense to you. Only 1 more year of Tebow? That's unfortunate, because everyone at FSU is having a great time laughing at him kissing players on the sideline, circumsizing babies in SE Asia, and being told he'd only get drafted as a TE! We'll miss him! LOL Too bad Meyer wasn't smart enough to get Brantley some reps.
Actually Brantley got plenty of reps at Doak, like the entire 4th quarter. Although i'm sure you switched the channel in frustration long before that. By that point in the game, the only fans I heard laughing were wearing orange and blue.
Wow, he's played a whole quarter? Everyone know's he's played before, but he'll be nowhere near ready to play after watching Cry Baby Tebow for this long. No, I stayed for the entire game. I'm not a bandwagon fan like most UF fans are, who jumped ship the minute Zook took over, and just magically re-appeared when UF went to the BCS Championship game. The only thing FSU fans are frustrated about is trying to keep track of how many UF players have been arrested since 2005. Is it 22 or 23?
Really? As an FSU fan, are you truly talking trash about UF players who have been arrested? The Seminoles didn't receive the nickname "the Criminoles" for no reason. And it's great that you're bringing this up while the entire college football spotlight is on how many years of probation you're program is being slammed with. If you want to talk bandwagon, please explain why the endzone student section wasn't filled for the game? You are making this entirely too easy for me.
Yeah, I am talking trash about UF having the most players arrested in the country since 2005. 22. You can't even name half of that for FSU. Why is UF such a poorly run team? Is it because Urban is more concerned about when that Notre Dame job is opening up? Nice try bringing up the FSU student section. FSU has a coupon-redemption program. Thanks to UF fans buying tickets and never picking them up, there were less available for students. No bandwagons here! That's only UF.
Over Bowden's 30+ years at the helm of FSU, 213 players have been arrested. Even more impressive, only 4 of those players were booted from the team. Talk about a healthy program. If that isn't enough, your program is put on probation until 2013 because intellegence levels aren't high enough to pass an online music appreciation course! Two National and Conference titles, 11-1 vs. our 3 big rivals, and a 4-0 record vs. FSU. What a poor job Urban has done.
Where did you get 213? I'd like to see that. Even if it's true, that's an average of about 6 players arrested per year, which is below the national average (See NCAA website for more details) Keep failing to make jokes about FSU players being stupid! How many Rhodes Scholars has UF had on their football team? How many UF players graduated with their bachelor's degree in 2.5 years? UF players are too busy running up a dead woman's credit card. Plus, UF is still too pussy to travel. Why?
I could go back and forth with you all day, but I actually have a life outside of YouTube. I was shocked to see that you were still bitching about this crap three months after I last humiliated you. Facts are facts, and your program has been put on probation until 2013 because FSU student athletes couldn't pass an online music appreciation course without cheating. I'm not making jokes, i'm simply stating facts that are a punchlines by themselves. Your program is in shambles.
LOL You could go back and forth with me? That's exactly what you continue to do! This isn't the first time I've made a clown out of you, and had to watch you puss out by claiming to have a life! When I run circles around your weak football knowledge you just quit. Typical gator. Come back when you think you have something intelligent to say!
From life experience i've come to the conclusion that everyone is a little bit crazy sometimes. You on the other hand have some serious issues. You truly live in a fantasy world.
Fact: UF hasn't played a non-SEC regular season game outside the state since 1991.
Fact: UF only plays 3 or 4 regular season games outside the state. No other NCAA team is that pussy.
Fact: UF has had more football players arrested than any other school since 2005. Are all these facts from some sort of fantasy world? Nope, they're all real, and verifiable. Why do you call facts you don't like 'fantasy'? You have failed to write anything intelligent. Please try again later, if you can.
Fact: UF is thedominant team in the state of Florida.
Fact: They are currently on a 5 game winning streak over FSU.
Fact: They have just won their second SEC and National title in 3 years.
Fact: FSU just won't the Champs Sports Bowl? Really?
In your fantasy world you believe that FSU is the supreme team in the state which in fact is far from the truth. Heck, USF has just about accomplished more in the past 3 or 4 years. I'll will give you credit for at least staying true to your team. 45-15
Real nice job, copying the format of my last post. You're not very original, but at least you're good for a laugh! I never said FSU is the supreme team in the state. We have beaten UM almost every year since 2005, but as you love to point out, even when no one asks, FSU hasn't beaten UF since 03. Feel free to actually read what I post next time. FSU "won't" the Champs Sports Bowl? WTF? It's better than losing the Outback Steakhouse Bowl! Way to avoid the topic of UF being too pussy to travel.
Ok, let's talk travel. Why should UF travel when they don't need to leave the conference to have one of the toughest SOS in the nation? Unlike some conferences *cough* ACC *cough*, the SEC is difficult as it is already. So what is the point of leaving conference play to increase a SOS that is already supreme in the first place? Why should UF travel just to destroy another non-conference foe like they do every year to FSU? It's pointless when the only real competition is in conference.
If you were a real football fan you'd know that games are played on the field, and not on papers filled with numbers. UF has had a good SOS recently, but not for the majority of the last 18 years, which is how long it's been since UF has travelled. What's your excuse for UF not travelling since 1991, when they didn't have a good SOS? Every other SEC team travels, and plays the same SEC teams as UF. Why does every other SEC team travels, but not UF? (Bama@Ok, UGA@Ariz.State)
If you had logic you would understand this. With the exception of UK, SC, and UF, the other SEC schools have all of their rivals in conference play. UF has to play the same amount of SEC games as every other team, plus their OOC rival FSU (just like SC plays Clemson and UK plays Louisville). So that leaves the other SEC teams with the opportunity to schedule OOC games. When you play in the toughest conference, why would UF schedule another difficult OOC game? No one in the conference does.
No one in the conference does? Here's a short list of recent SEC teams travelling out of state to play non-SEC games: Ark@USC, Auburn@KState, UT@UCLA, UT@Miami, Vandy@Rice, UT@Notre Dame, Bama@Ok, UGA@Arizona State, UGA@UAriz, Ole Miss@Wake Forest, Vandy@Wake Forest. Would you like more examples of how wrong you are? UGA doesn't have their rival in conference play? GT isn't their rival? I thought you knew something about the SEC? You seem really overwhelmed here.
Do you read well? Like I said before, if you had logic, you would understand this. Florida plays FSU like UK plays UL, SC plays Clemson, and UGA plays GT. They are OOC rivals that take up schedule space. Since all of the other SEC teams don't have OOC rivals, they have schedule space to schedule one more OOC game. If you want to talk who is "pussy" we could discuss FSU's first two games last year. Chattanooga? W. Carolina? FSU plays in the ACC, they should schedule better OOC teams than Colorodo
Better teams? You mean like Alabama? Did that! Nice try bringing up FSUs opponents. UF has also played Chatt. and W.Carolina, and The Citadel, and W. Kent., and UL Monroe, etc.
And UF played Miami... So UF played a mediocre ACC team this year, and FSU played a mediocre SEC team last year. What is the use of you arguing this with me? If UF is "pussy" like you claim, what does that make FSU? If "pussy" equals weakness and inability to win, the Gators were the furthest team from falling under that category. Oh and UF hasn't played Chatt. any time recently. I thought you were on top of your stuff. If I were you, I would have my mouth shut until FSU somehow comes back.
Please try to stay focused here. I know it's hard. I'm talking about non-SEC games on the road. Miami therefore wouldn't be a part of this discussion. By the way, UF pussed out of their annual rivalry with Miami, one of the nation's longest rivalries, since 1938. Before this year, UF hadn't beaten UM since 1985. FSU hasn't had that much trouble with them, and we still play them. UGA has OOC rivals, yet still has room to travel to Arizona. SC has an OOC rival and still travels to N. Car+NCState.
UF vs. Miami doesn't even scratch the surface as one of the oldest rivalries in CF. Considering you know SO much about CF, I just can't believe you don't know much at all about what is considered an old rivalry. So what you're saying is that FSU is a better program for not having as much trouble with Miami? I really could just end all of this with more about how UF will always be the supreme football program. That is really what all of this boils down to.
You're right. UF v UM isn't really one of the oldest rivalries in the country....because UF pussed out and quit, didn't they? LOL Thanks for setting that one up for me! So now that I've shown you that pretty much everything you've said about SEC teams is wrong, what's next? UF has just as many opportunities as the rest of the SEC to travel, but they still don't, do they? Why? UF is the only school in the country who only plays 3 or 4 total regular season games out of state. Why so pussy?
UF pussed out? I really don't think it matters who you play when you win National Championships, especially when you play in the SEC. UF is the king of CF, PERIOD. Hey by the way, the Gators OWN the Seminoles. Need I say more? 20-13, 34-17, 21-14, 45-12, 45-15. Is there really any point in debating when your program is in shambles?
You call 9-4 'in shambles'? What record did Tebow have when he won the Heisman? What record did UF have when they lost to Auburn for the second year in a row? If there's no point in debating, feel free to puss out just like UF's football team. 3 games outside the state of Florida? Anyone could win a national championship with that kind of cake.
The only difference in UF having a 9-4 record is that the season was considered a disappointment. Unlike FSU which considers a 9-4 record something to celebrate. HAHA! So what you're saying is that anyone could have won a National Championship after playing Miami, @Tennessee, Ole Miss, LSU, Kentucky(who beat FSU last year), UGA, SC, Bama, and Oklahoma? If that's the case, why was FSU playing in the Champs Sports Bowl on December 27, after playing a far weaker schedule?
Once again, I never said 9-4 was something to celebrate. Please refrain from making up words I never used. UF beat UT? Wow, what an accomplishment! That team was so shitty, they lost at home to Wyoming. Saying FSU lost to UK doesn't make a good point, as FSU lost by only one possession to UK even after most of the starters were suspended. SC? You try to make points based on a concept you don't understand. FSU went 9-4, which is why they played in the Champs Sports Bowl, not the BCS Title game.
I'm trying to find the "concepts" that I "don't understand". The point you made in the previous post was that "anyone could win a national championship" playing the schedule UF did. Yet FSU went 9-4 playing a considerably easier schedule. So I guess not "everyone" could have done it.
Try really hard this time. UF only plays 3 or 4 total regular season games outside the state of Florida. Any team could be successful if they played the vast majority of their regular season games in-state. What about that is so hard for you to understand?
What makes it "so hard" for me to understand is that you think FSU plays so many more out-of-state games. Yet they played one more out-of-state game than UF this year, one more in 07', and one LESS in 06'. If you want to go another year, in 05' they played the same amount of out-of-state games. That gives FSU one more out-of-state game in the last 4 seasons. I really hope you've been drinking or something, because it seems like you have a hard time counting.
How many other schools in the country get to play one of their major rivals a mere 2 hours from home, in a city that's full of supporters? UF plays UGa in Jacksonville every year, and it's been that way for years. It's a virtual home game for UF in a city that is a major fan base for the team. Who else has that kind of luxury? While UF is too scared to come out of the swamp, except to go to Jacksonville and the same old SEC teams, FSU is going to BYU in 09. Already been to Colorado, S.Cal, etc.
Southern Cal? Are you making things up again? Haha, i'm sure UF is shaking in their boots and much too afaid to go out west to play a MWC team or mighty Colorodo. Haha. Believe me when I say it is no luxury to play in the SEC either. This all boils down to SOS and we could discuss that all night, but I really don't think you want to.
As usual, no I'm not making things up. FSU travelled to USC in 1997, and won 14-7. Keep making jokes about the MWC. Utah made Bama look like a high school team basically in their own back yard, and Wyoming beat UT on their field! Playing in the SEC isn't a luxury? Vandy won their first bowl game since 1955, MSU? South Carolina? Auburn? Tennessee? Arkansas? Sure UF has had a good SOS the last few years, but why hasn't UF travelled since 1991, with a weaker SOS?
You're talking about the Vandy team that beat Boston College, right? Didn't Boston College beat you in your own house and go on to play in the ACC title game? Auburn and UT had ONE down year, but those are normally annual powerhouses. Heck, even UT gave UF a better game than FSU did. Why would it even matter if UF has or hasn't traveled much the last 18 years in the first place? I really doubt anyone is concerned when they glance over at those rings. When you play the best, who cares?
You mean the Vandy team that lost to Duke? You know Duke, right? The shittiest team in the ACC? LOL Yeah UF plays the best. How many times has UF played the Citadel? Which team do you think is worse, the Citadel, or Miss State? You still haven't addressed the fact that every other SEC team plays the same SEC teams as UF, yet they still travel out of state, OOC. "Who cares?" isn't a very convincing argument.
You stupid fuck. Did we not go over this yesterday or the day before about how UF already has an OOC rival game? The only team in the SEC that plays another OOC game besides their rivalry is SC, and they played NC st. which isn't much of a threat to anyone, even FSU. Who cares is a great argument when you follow it up with playing in the SEC. The SEC is BY FAR the most difficult conference. Why do you even debate this? UF beat FSU by 30 for the second year. Does that not say enough?
The SEC is the most difficult conference? By far? Ask the Mighty MWC how difficult the SEC is! LOL South Carolina is by far not the only SEC team that plays OOC games out of state. Ole Miss @ Wake Forest is just one example of how wrong you seem to enjoy being. I know it's hard for gator fans to realize that there really is a big world outside Gainesville, but I promise you there is. And in that big world is a lot of football fans who care about why UF is too scared to travel. "Who cares?" Ha!
Again you have proven yourself illiterate. I'll say it again. The only SEC team that plays another OOC game BESIDES THEIR RIVAL is SC. Maybe you'll understand this time. For every Utah/Bama game there is a Vandy/Boston College, Ole Miss/Texas Tech, and UF/Oklahoma game to prove that the SEC is on top.
"The only SEC team that plays another OOC game BESIDES THEIR RIVAL is SC" No matter how many times you write it, it's still wrong. Ole Miss @ Wake Forest is an example of an SEC team playing an OOC game that isn't their rival. Then there's UGA@Arizona State, UT@UCLA and Arkansas @ USC. Why is it that UF has just as many opportunities to play OOC games out of state as every other SEC team, yet chose to puss out of playing Miami and refuses to travel?
DUMB ASS! How long is this going to take for you to understand a simple sentence? I said it already plenty of times in separate posts, but i guess you can't put logic together. "Besides their rival" meaning besides their OOC rival, not just any rival. Holy crap you are dumb.
That doesn't quite explain why UF pussed out of playing Miami annually. I'm wondering just how long you'll continue to make up worthless excuses for why UF is too scared to travel when they have just as many opportunities as every other SEC team. Keep trying, one day you'll make a valid point, maybe.
What is your IQ? Because I don't know if I should make fun of you any longer without feeling bad if you just can't help it. I'll say this one more time. No one else in the SEC (except SC and UGA) plays more than one decent OOC team. And I still don't know why it matters whether UF did or didn't "puss" out vs. Miami. Obviously they aren't too concerned after beating them this year and coming away with yet another SEC and National Championship.
So when you don't have the slightest clue about something, you just say 'who cares" or "it doesn't matter." Funny, but not very insightful. UF has only beaten UM once since 1985. It's really not too hard to figure out why they pussed out. And you still didn't account for why UF hasn't travelled since 1991, and the majority of those seasons UF didn't have an impressive SOS. You make a vaild point/excuse for the last few years, but this trend's been going for almost 2 decades. Why?
Why does it matter that UF pussed out against Miami? Easy, they don't want to play teams they can't beat. You seriously couldn't figure that out? They replaced them with Montana State, and every other year with cupcakes. While Bama is travelling to Oklahoma, Uga to Arizona State and Arizona, Ole Miss going to Wake Forest, Arkansas playing USC and Texas, and UT (the allegedly great team with just one down year) going to Notre Dame, Miami and Cal, etc, what is UF doing? Citadel again? UF = Pussy
UF is SUCH a PUSSY team! WOW! I can't believe I missed that! I guess I was just too busy watching them destroy FSU 5 years in a row, win 2 SEC and National Championships in 3 years while going 11-1 vs. their top 3 rivals the past 4 years. I just can't believe how scared they are of traveling after beating Ohio St., Oklahoma, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, and beating down FSU on a consistent basis. I can just see Urban and Tebow shaking in their boots. WHAT A PUSSY TEAM! Haha, this is too much fun.
I'm glad you're finally starting to see what everybody already knows. UF plays the same old SEC teams every year. How many hours of tape do you think Urban has on every SEC team? While every other team is travelling across the country, playing against different styles of D and offense, showing what they're made of vs. west coast teams, Big 12 teams, etc, what is UF doing? Pussing out of playing Miami. Pussing out of travelling. For every Ohio State win, there's a choke against Michigan+Miami.
Yeah, I totally agree! UF just couldn't handle a West Coast team. How could I be so blind?! I mean, just because they won their second National Championship in three years after beating the best team in the second best conference, that doesn't mean they could beat BYU! Wow, I am so ashamed of the SEC. What a weak conference...haha. We own your asses. So what does that make FSU?
"Tebow-3, FSU-0"? Is that all you can figure out how to write? How many times have you copied and pasted that? Probably more than you can count. Christian Ponder's no Tebow. No argument there. He's not an arrogant show-off, media whore like Tebow. He doesn't go on publicity tours with his father in the Phillipines like Tebow. He graduated in 2.5 years from FSU and is in grad school now, unlike Tebow. "He's no Tebow you got that right?" Yep, thank goodness he's no Tebow!
How many of those 20 throwing tds were 5 yard passes to Harvin who took it the rest of the way? How many running tds were from the redzone? Not Impressive. Have fun watching tebow play arena football next year!
haha and Here we go. How many does any qb or Rb have from the 5 yard line? And as for 07 he had the most passes of 40yards or plus of any other starting qb. And as for his 1yrd runs, didn't he have a 30yarder against yall when G. Hayes talkin shit to em?
Congrats! You correctly identified 1 td run tebow had from outside the redzone! He takes off and runs because he can't read defenses and rarely ever looks to a 2nd receiver, and almost never his 3rd receiver. Yep, Geno couldn't back up what he said. What is Geno doing now? Blocked a punt against Carolina and took it in for a TD, and getting payed rather well to do it. Tebow was told he'd only get drafted as a FB or TE, so he's still an amateur. Geno actually got drafted as a LB, he'll be fine!
WAsnt every pass he had in The SEC championship and the Natl Championship from a 2nd or 3rd receiver? So in big games on nat'l stage he went to 2nd and 3rd receivers. And as for FSU, doesn't he run them over consistently on his way to beating yall by 40 pts every year hes started? Head to head, Tebow outplayed Geno.
If by "2nd or 3rd receiver" you mean the OU defense, then yes. I guess you didn't see Tebow drill a OU defensive back in the chest with the ball? If you have a problem with the words I'm educating you with, feel free to take it up with the NFL GMs and draft scouts who've said the same thing.
Isn't that the same OU defensive back he ran over on 3rd down to secure the win in the 4th qtr? Or was that Geno Hayes? Oh yeah it was both and they both talked shit b4 the game and in the papers and in the 4th qtr Tebow gives them the GAtor chomp after he runs them over. HEad to head Tebow beat them, literally. Bottom line Mr GM Greg80, he won against both of em.
Why do you ask questions you already have an answer to? Do you usually do that? "Hey, what's my name? Uumm, it's Jonsey90!" If you're going to waste my time like that, you're better off just not posting again. Yeah, I see tebow clap his hands in the faces of defenders. Real classy. Funny how he talks about being a Christian and being such a clean cut guy, but can't demonstrate any good sportsmanship? And anyway, it's no big deal that tebow runs over people. He's 250lbs. Gravity.
Actually its physics. The faster velocity at time of impact always wins. Simple physics. Tebow has heart he doesn't shy away from 275lb lineman calling him out b4 the game Mr GM Educator Greg 80
If I have a hard time falling asleep tonight, I'll just reread this post. List every 275lb defensive lineman tebow has leveled. I'm thinking that's a pretty short list. You think he's tough because he's 250lbs and spears a 170lb db with his helmet? Christian Ponder doesn't "shy away" from DL either, so what's your point? Tebow is tough, so what? A lot of football players are, too. You say he "doesn't shy away" like that makes him special?
Greg Educator, Ponder is a great QB. He will play in the pros and mite even make a He15man race his senior year. Hes smart and can run, a great passer. Just because tho a player wears Orange/Blue or any other color doesn't mean you can't admit when someone is a good football player, qb, lineman, etc.
Tebow is all over ESPN and won a bunch of awards. If you're that needy that you need me to say something nice about your cry-baby qb, then you have more problems than I can help you with. You think Ponder is "a great passer"? LOL Do you even know the first thing about college football? Ponder isn't even a decent passer. Therefore, you just threw out a bunch of flowery bullshit just to make yourself sound good. Next time try thinking before you post. It'll save you a littel bit of embarrassment.
Alrit Asshole Greg. Now u think your own qb who starts for FSU cant throw. Any guy that starts for a major program, especially in the state of Florida, can throw. Tebow and Ponder have beat out many ppl for the position they play. You however, could never start for any college team at any postion. YOur an idiot. You can't play college ball, much less comment on anyone else who can. Tebow won a bunch of awards for a reason. Ponder starts for FSU for a reason.
LOL Learn how to spell before you call me an idiot! "YOur and idiot"? What? It's "YOU'RE." You're 30 years old and you can't spell simple words like "you're" and "you"? "U" is a sign that you are illiterate. Everyone at FSU knows that Ponder struggled with the passing game in 2008. Ponder only had to beat out Drew Weatherford to get the job, and Weatherford couldn't run the new FSU offense. I strongly urge you to think about your words, and maybe check your facts before posting again.
So now you are sayin "YOUR" own qb is awful. Wow. Are you going to complain about the sun coming up every morning? And Ponder and Tebow didn't have to just beat out one guy or two for a starting job. Think ok how many people try out for those teams or even how many highschool kids try and get recruited. They are good and you are on Youtube commenting on how awful they are.
I never said that Ponder is awful. Do not misquote me ever again. I said that Ponder struggled with the passing game. This is a well-known fact, at least well-known to those who actually follow college football. Why would I complain about the sun or Einstein? I'm talking about football. As a matter of fact I was talking about tebow, and you have gotten so far away from my point, that now I have no choice but to believe you don't have any relevent comments left.
Tebow has won the last 3 verbal games? What the fuck are you talking about? Are you really that retarded? Don't waste my time with your worthless bullshit ever again!
Tim Tebow is the biggest chooch ever florida state is one more good recruiting class away from absolutely railing florida LSU will kill Florida next year so enjoy your national championship while it lasts
How many of you gator fans actually went to UF or have any ties to Gainesville? I would bet very few if any that is why the Gators have a bad rep for being a bunch of Douche Rockets because of all the dumb bandwagon fans they have. The people who have ties to Florida are not bad. Tebow is just another UF QB and FSU fans love to hate on Gators and Gators love to hate on Seminoles that is the way of life FSU will get better and the cycle will continue.
Yes, as pathetic as your record! FSU went 9-4 this year, and last year it was a lousy 7-6! FSU will never be the same caliber that UF is. Have fun watching ANOTHER UF National Championship?
UFs football team has been around 40 years longer than FSUs. So, UF should have more title than FSU. However, FSU actually averages more championships per year of existance than UF. Though FSU needs to win another title soon to keep that stat in their favor.
Yea, in 2007 when we went 9-4 we still blew FSU out of the water. Lmao.
FSU SUCKS NOW AND THEIR FOOTBALL PROGRAM IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN. GREAT JOB WINNING THE NOBODYCARES BOWL VS. WISCONSIN.
SEE YOU FAGGOTS IN THE SWAMP WHERE WE WILL SMASH YOU CRIMINOLES ONCE AGAIN FOR THE 6TH STRAIGHT TIME. DON'T THINK THAT IT WILL BE OVER WHEN TEBOW IS GONE. NO, WE HAVE TREY BURTON COMING IN. YOU KNOW THE KID THAT YOU TRIED TO RECRUIT. NOPE, HES A GATOR. HAHAHAHAHA YOUR 2008 NATIONAL CHAMPS. FAGS
Look who it is! The guy who makes Jewish slurs and talks about homosexuality! Still at it again. What was it you said about me commenting on "gator" videos? I don't know why you weren't taught this in elementary school, but typing in all caps doesn't make your foolish posts any less uninteresting. Ever heard of Bert Reed? UF tried to recruit him in 07,don't think anyone is scared of UF stealing recruits. Both schools take recruits targeted by the other school. "We" blew FSU out of the water? LOL
To Tebow, florida vs florida st. isn't even a rivilary....just a easy win. Florida stat has sucked ass for along time now. Bowden needs to hang it up.
acually 31-7 DOMINATION SO GO NOLES

how long has it been since you have beaten florida? six years? wow!!! that pretty much much sums it up right there... so fuck fsu and ponder... yall might finally win this year being that we are down but hey we have to let little brother win sometimes... fuck all of you spear chuckin bitches..

We're about wrapped up here.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
@mikewattdisciple Ok bye! Hope UF doesn't have to forfeit any more games! Sure must suck to know the gators will forfeit Tebow's last game.
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: Florida hasn't had to vacate any games. Nothing's been decided yet.
Meanwhile, FSU recently had to vacate wins and is serving a four-year probation for massive academic fraud by its athletes.
Nice try.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
My bad.
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: That's the biggest pile of nonsense you've posted yet. It's definitely time to go. Bye!
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
Hahaha I knee you were a know-nothing pussy bitch! You have been overmatched since the beginning.
You remember, when you butted in on a conversation that had nothing to do with you, by posting something irrelevant and worthless? Yeah, and since then you've done nothing to demonstrate to me that you are anywhere near my level of knowledge or sophistication. Good luck, quitter! Hope you find someone who gives a shit about sample sizes! Fucking faggot!
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: LOL, you bring out the tough talk at the end. What a gutless troll you are. Sorry the facts hurt. "Level of knowledge"? You must be joking. Later, fool.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
You sure do talk a lot of shit for a quitter.
Thanks for wasting my time with hollow cliches, but they don't mean too much considering you've consistently failed to provide any facts.
Oh wait, you did nerd out by talking about some irrelevant bullshit about sample sizes. Hence my comparison on "level of knowledge."
No, I wasn't joking. You sealed your fate when you came on a FOOTBALL video to talk about SAMPLE SIZES! Farewell failure!

HAHA FSU 0-7 against UF in last 7, where the hell are u guys when it comes time to playing football instead of talking trash, garbage ass team = FSU!!!!!!!!!!!
KingJB11 1 year ago
KingJB11: "HAHA FSU 0-7 against UF in last 7."
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: Compare UF's academic standards and programs to FSU's, then let's see you talk trash.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
Well let's see, FSU had a Rhodes Scholar starting at Safety last season. Considering that FSU had a football player who's more decorated and accomplished than the majority of UF faculty, I'd have to say FSU's standards are just fine. Thanks for suggesting that I compare FSU and UF! Anyhing else?
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: You should have been taught that a sample size of one is pretty much meaningless. And a Rhodes Scholarship means that someone's very smart, but it doesn't make them more accomplished or decorated than most professors. Even if it did somehow, that would apply to FSU profs as well as UF profs, so your comment really doesn't make any sense. Try again.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
First of all, I was talking about one of your fellow gators who said UF has beaten FSU 7 games in a row, when in reality it is only 6. You go from the difference between 7 and 6 all the way to APR, sample sizes and US News & World Report? We are all super happy for you that you're so excited about statistics, but maybe try and tone it down a little? A football video on YouTube is hardly the venue for a rousing discussion of your feelings on sample sizes. Are all gators as nerdy as you?
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: This is hilarious. Do you read your own posts? I never would have said a word, except YOU went from "the difference between 7 and 6" all the way to "gator fans truly are inbred hicks who dropped out of elementary school." But I like how you're whining now that I've brought facts that mean a lot more than anecdotes about two players. And bringing up APR and school ranks isn't whining, it's proof that UF has higher standards and its athletes are graduating at a higher rate than FSU's.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
For someone who flies their nerd flag as high as you do, it seems rather incongruous that you can't understand my simple, straight-forward posts. The vast majority of the "gator nation" I've met are jorts-wearing rednecks who never graduated high school, so seeing a gator fan saying FSU has lost 7 in a row fits the aforementioned narrative. You can look up all the UF stats you want. Won't change the fact that FSUs football players are far more accomplished than UFs.
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: If I'm a nerd for taking two minutes to Google some stats showing UF and its athletes are academically superior to FSU and its athletes, so be it. Be proud of Ponder and Rolle, they're smart guys. But a couple anecdotes and a heavily biased observation about the Gators fans you've met don't change the facts--which contradict your narrative.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
I'm sorry to hear it took you that long to google some stats. If it takes you any longer than 15 seconds to type something into that search engine, then you're probably not smart enough to cut up your own food or be trusted with sharp objects.
Again, we're all super proud that you like to spend your weekends googling FSUs graduation stats for athletes, but again, I'm afraid this is not the appropriate venue. And thanks for telling me to "be proud" of Ponder and Rolle. I think I already was, nerd
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: My weekend lasts a lot longer more than two minutes, I don't know about yours. I guess you didn't bother to spend that 2 minutes or 15 seconds to look up any facts because you knew they wouldn't help you. And really, I apologize for forgetting that Youtube is only a venue for spewing trash talk that you can't back up. That seems to be your area of expertise.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
"YouTube is only a venue for spewing trash talk that you can't back up."
Glad to see you finally realized YouTube is NOT the appropriate venue for going on and on about a university's athletics department's athlete's graduation rates. I'm sure you think that's a fascinating thing to argue about on a Saturday night, but I'm hoping now you'll realize this isn't the place to show off what a nerd you are.
80Greg80 1 year ago
Seriously, who goes around YouTube, looking for videos on which to talk about sample sizes APRs and how long it takes to figure out Google?
And as for my "trash talk" I can't back up, my comments on Ponder and Rolle were accurate. Google them, if you know how to yet. I'm growing tired of your whining, incoherent and incorrect posts. Find something more interesting than sample sizes to discuss nerd. When you accuse me of saying things I can't back up, make sure you know what you're talking about
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: Seriously, who goes on and on about two players out of hundreds just in the last few years, thinking that backs up their trash talk? And who goes on and on about when someone posts? Find a more interesting insult name than "nerd", if you can muster up the creativity. And when you accuse Gators fans of being stupid, make sure you know what you're talking about. All this yapping about how you don't care about stats is because they show you're wrong. You're really running on fumes...
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
"And when you accuse Gator fans of being stupid, make sure you know what you're talking about."
Yeah, a gator fan said UF had beaten FSU 7 in a row as of this past season. I called him stupid because he was wrong. I was right, and have the facts to back it up.
What does that have to do with UF graduation rates? Nothing; your just desperate to find a forum on which to discuss sample sizes and other irrelevant topics.
80Greg80 1 year ago
"Yeah, a gator fan said UF had beaten FSU 7 in a row as of this past season. I called him stupid because he was wrong."
"thanks for reminding everyone that gator fans truly are inbred hicks who dropped out of elementary school. "
Yep, you definitely don't read your own posts. Not that I blame you.
By the way, Tebow graduated in 3 years--before you wrote "Is Tebow ever going to graduate?"
The school year's starting. Florida should once again kick FSU's ass academically and on the field.
mikewattdisciple 1 year ago
Tebow graduated with a degree in Family, Youth, and Community Services in three years. I guess there wasn't an easier major available?
Ponder graduated with a degree in Business (with honors) in 2 years.
Yout point?

UF president J. Bernie Machen is 66, I think, and he still isn't a Rhodes Scholar. Myron Rolle became a Rhodes Scholar at age 22. Machen only got his bacehlor's degree at age 22, and he didn't play football. Christian Ponder finished his degree at age 20, and led the ACC in passing offense, and had the 3rd best ypg average in school history. If FSU is as bad as you wish it was, or UF was as good as you wish it was, such talented and accomised student athletes wouldn't have chosen FSU.
80Greg80 1 year ago
And maybe you're right; maybe one example isn't significant enough. How about another! Christian Ponder already has his MBA. He graduated with his bachelor's degree in 2.5 years. Now, as a senior, he already has his Master's degree. So now FSU, in the last 2 years, has had starting football players with an MBA and a Rhodes Scholar. Your whining about APR and school ranks don't really seem too significant when you realize FSU has football players who are more accomplished than most UF students.
80Greg80 1 year ago
@80Greg80: Some meaningful measures for you: UF's Academic Progress Rate (which measures efforts to get student/athletes to graduate) is higher than FSU's. And in US News' latest rankings of national universities, UF ranked 47th. FSU was much further down the list at 102.

Tebow 3-0 vs. FSU
Urban 4-0 vs. FSU
Why is it that the great Hall of Fame coach Bobby Bowden can't beat Urban Meyer. Is Urban that much better than Bobby?
FSU doesn't pose any sort of threat to Florida anymore. It's almost like playing Kentucky or Vandy.
Maybe one day they will be good. Probably not anytime soon, though.
BlobbyBowdenGeezer 2 years ago
"I never said that Ponder is awful. Do not misquote me ever again. I said that Ponder struggled with the passing game."
What's the main purpose of the quarterback? To throw the ball. Stupid fuck!
Actually he is good at throwing the ball.. to other defenders! Only 14 TDs in the weak ACC and 13 INTs. Keep up the great work over there Christian!
"Hey guys, the running back struggled in the running department, but he's not horrible I swear!"

at least Michigan can beat us, you also forgot Ponder is no Tebow, CAUSE HE SUCKS!, and no NC'S, no Heisman, no conference titles and most of all, NO WINS AGAINST UF. you cry like a little school bitch and you writing your garbage on EVERY gator vid there is lets your jealousy shine through, haters like you are hilarious. GO GATORS!!
caulyns80 3 years ago
You have already said Ponder is no Tebow before. Still very true. Thank Goodness he's not as arrogant as Tebow. He doesn't cry after a loss like Tebow. Ponder graduated in 2.5 years, now working on his MBA. Is Tebow ever going to graduate? How long has he been there? Thank Goodness Ponder doesn't kiss other players during football games like Tebow +Joiner. Nor did Ponder lie about where he lived so he could play HS football, like Tebow. It's not hating, it's the facts. Jealous of Tebow? LOL
80Greg80 2 years ago
I see your still obsessing about Tebow like you were 3 months ago. Don't stress too much and look on the bright side because FSU only has one more year of Tebow. As if that's really going to change the way things have been going.
breezer1209 2 years ago
LOL I see you still can't spell! "Your?" I know as a UF fan, simple words like that are still a brain-buster, but once you finish up that GED, things will start to make a whole lot of sense to you. Only 1 more year of Tebow? That's unfortunate, because everyone at FSU is having a great time laughing at him kissing players on the sideline, circumsizing babies in SE Asia, and being told he'd only get drafted as a TE! We'll miss him! LOL Too bad Meyer wasn't smart enough to get Brantley some reps.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Actually Brantley got plenty of reps at Doak, like the entire 4th quarter. Although i'm sure you switched the channel in frustration long before that. By that point in the game, the only fans I heard laughing were wearing orange and blue.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Wow, he's played a whole quarter? Everyone know's he's played before, but he'll be nowhere near ready to play after watching Cry Baby Tebow for this long. No, I stayed for the entire game. I'm not a bandwagon fan like most UF fans are, who jumped ship the minute Zook took over, and just magically re-appeared when UF went to the BCS Championship game. The only thing FSU fans are frustrated about is trying to keep track of how many UF players have been arrested since 2005. Is it 22 or 23?
80Greg80 2 years ago
You are making this entirely too easy for me.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Yeah, I am talking trash about UF having the most players arrested in the country since 2005. 22. You can't even name half of that for FSU. Why is UF such a poorly run team? Is it because Urban is more concerned about when that Notre Dame job is opening up? Nice try bringing up the FSU student section. FSU has a coupon-redemption program. Thanks to UF fans buying tickets and never picking them up, there were less available for students. No bandwagons here! That's only UF.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Over Bowden's 30+ years at the helm of FSU, 213 players have been arrested. Even more impressive, only 4 of those players were booted from the team. Talk about a healthy program. If that isn't enough, your program is put on probation until 2013 because intellegence levels aren't high enough to pass an online music appreciation course! Two National and Conference titles, 11-1 vs. our 3 big rivals, and a 4-0 record vs. FSU. What a poor job Urban has done.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Where did you get 213? I'd like to see that. Even if it's true, that's an average of about 6 players arrested per year, which is below the national average (See NCAA website for more details) Keep failing to make jokes about FSU players being stupid! How many Rhodes Scholars has UF had on their football team? How many UF players graduated with their bachelor's degree in 2.5 years? UF players are too busy running up a dead woman's credit card. Plus, UF is still too pussy to travel. Why?
80Greg80 2 years ago
I could go back and forth with you all day, but I actually have a life outside of YouTube. I was shocked to see that you were still bitching about this crap three months after I last humiliated you. Facts are facts, and your program has been put on probation until 2013 because FSU student athletes couldn't pass an online music appreciation course without cheating. I'm not making jokes, i'm simply stating facts that are a punchlines by themselves. Your program is in shambles.
breezer1209 2 years ago
LOL You could go back and forth with me? That's exactly what you continue to do! This isn't the first time I've made a clown out of you, and had to watch you puss out by claiming to have a life! When I run circles around your weak football knowledge you just quit. Typical gator. Come back when you think you have something intelligent to say!
80Greg80 2 years ago
From life experience i've come to the conclusion that everyone is a little bit crazy sometimes. You on the other hand have some serious issues. You truly live in a fantasy world.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Fact: UF hasn't played a non-SEC regular season game outside the state since 1991.
Fact: UF only plays 3 or 4 regular season games outside the state. No other NCAA team is that pussy.
Fact: UF has had more football players arrested than any other school since 2005. Are all these facts from some sort of fantasy world? Nope, they're all real, and verifiable. Why do you call facts you don't like 'fantasy'? You have failed to write anything intelligent. Please try again later, if you can.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Fact: UF is thedominant team in the state of Florida.
Fact: They are currently on a 5 game winning streak over FSU.
Fact: They have just won their second SEC and National title in 3 years.
Fact: FSU just won't the Champs Sports Bowl? Really?
In your fantasy world you believe that FSU is the supreme team in the state which in fact is far from the truth. Heck, USF has just about accomplished more in the past 3 or 4 years. I'll will give you credit for at least staying true to your team. 45-15
breezer1209 2 years ago
Real nice job, copying the format of my last post. You're not very original, but at least you're good for a laugh! I never said FSU is the supreme team in the state. We have beaten UM almost every year since 2005, but as you love to point out, even when no one asks, FSU hasn't beaten UF since 03. Feel free to actually read what I post next time. FSU "won't" the Champs Sports Bowl? WTF? It's better than losing the Outback Steakhouse Bowl! Way to avoid the topic of UF being too pussy to travel.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Ok, let's talk travel. Why should UF travel when they don't need to leave the conference to have one of the toughest SOS in the nation? Unlike some conferences *cough* ACC *cough*, the SEC is difficult as it is already. So what is the point of leaving conference play to increase a SOS that is already supreme in the first place? Why should UF travel just to destroy another non-conference foe like they do every year to FSU? It's pointless when the only real competition is in conference.
breezer1209 2 years ago
If you were a real football fan you'd know that games are played on the field, and not on papers filled with numbers. UF has had a good SOS recently, but not for the majority of the last 18 years, which is how long it's been since UF has travelled. What's your excuse for UF not travelling since 1991, when they didn't have a good SOS? Every other SEC team travels, and plays the same SEC teams as UF. Why does every other SEC team travels, but not UF? (Bama@Ok, UGA@Ariz.State)
80Greg80 2 years ago
If you had logic you would understand this. With the exception of UK, SC, and UF, the other SEC schools have all of their rivals in conference play. UF has to play the same amount of SEC games as every other team, plus their OOC rival FSU (just like SC plays Clemson and UK plays Louisville). So that leaves the other SEC teams with the opportunity to schedule OOC games. When you play in the toughest conference, why would UF schedule another difficult OOC game? No one in the conference does.
breezer1209 2 years ago
80Greg80 2 years ago
Do you read well? Like I said before, if you had logic, you would understand this. Florida plays FSU like UK plays UL, SC plays Clemson, and UGA plays GT. They are OOC rivals that take up schedule space. Since all of the other SEC teams don't have OOC rivals, they have schedule space to schedule one more OOC game. If you want to talk who is "pussy" we could discuss FSU's first two games last year. Chattanooga? W. Carolina? FSU plays in the ACC, they should schedule better OOC teams than Colorodo
breezer1209 2 years ago
Better teams? You mean like Alabama? Did that! Nice try bringing up FSUs opponents. UF has also played Chatt. and W.Carolina, and The Citadel, and W. Kent., and UL Monroe, etc.
80Greg80 2 years ago
And UF played Miami... So UF played a mediocre ACC team this year, and FSU played a mediocre SEC team last year. What is the use of you arguing this with me? If UF is "pussy" like you claim, what does that make FSU? If "pussy" equals weakness and inability to win, the Gators were the furthest team from falling under that category. Oh and UF hasn't played Chatt. any time recently. I thought you were on top of your stuff. If I were you, I would have my mouth shut until FSU somehow comes back.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Please try to stay focused here. I know it's hard. I'm talking about non-SEC games on the road. Miami therefore wouldn't be a part of this discussion. By the way, UF pussed out of their annual rivalry with Miami, one of the nation's longest rivalries, since 1938. Before this year, UF hadn't beaten UM since 1985. FSU hasn't had that much trouble with them, and we still play them. UGA has OOC rivals, yet still has room to travel to Arizona. SC has an OOC rival and still travels to N. Car+NCState.
80Greg80 2 years ago
That is really what all of this boils down to.
breezer1209 2 years ago
You're right. UF v UM isn't really one of the oldest rivalries in the country....because UF pussed out and quit, didn't they? LOL Thanks for setting that one up for me! So now that I've shown you that pretty much everything you've said about SEC teams is wrong, what's next? UF has just as many opportunities as the rest of the SEC to travel, but they still don't, do they? Why? UF is the only school in the country who only plays 3 or 4 total regular season games out of state. Why so pussy?
80Greg80 2 years ago
UF pussed out? I really don't think it matters who you play when you win National Championships, especially when you play in the SEC. UF is the king of CF, PERIOD. Hey by the way, the Gators OWN the Seminoles. Need I say more? 20-13, 34-17, 21-14, 45-12, 45-15. Is there really any point in debating when your program is in shambles?
breezer1209 2 years ago
You call 9-4 'in shambles'? What record did Tebow have when he won the Heisman? What record did UF have when they lost to Auburn for the second year in a row? If there's no point in debating, feel free to puss out just like UF's football team. 3 games outside the state of Florida? Anyone could win a national championship with that kind of cake.
80Greg80 2 years ago
The only difference in UF having a 9-4 record is that the season was considered a disappointment. Unlike FSU which considers a 9-4 record something to celebrate. HAHA! So what you're saying is that anyone could have won a National Championship after playing Miami, @Tennessee, Ole Miss, LSU, Kentucky(who beat FSU last year), UGA, SC, Bama, and Oklahoma? If that's the case, why was FSU playing in the Champs Sports Bowl on December 27, after playing a far weaker schedule?
breezer1209 2 years ago
Once again, I never said 9-4 was something to celebrate. Please refrain from making up words I never used. UF beat UT? Wow, what an accomplishment! That team was so shitty, they lost at home to Wyoming. Saying FSU lost to UK doesn't make a good point, as FSU lost by only one possession to UK even after most of the starters were suspended. SC? You try to make points based on a concept you don't understand. FSU went 9-4, which is why they played in the Champs Sports Bowl, not the BCS Title game.
80Greg80 2 years ago
I'm trying to find the "concepts" that I "don't understand". The point you made in the previous post was that "anyone could win a national championship" playing the schedule UF did. Yet FSU went 9-4 playing a considerably easier schedule. So I guess not "everyone" could have done it.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Try really hard this time. UF only plays 3 or 4 total regular season games outside the state of Florida. Any team could be successful if they played the vast majority of their regular season games in-state. What about that is so hard for you to understand?
80Greg80 2 years ago
What makes it "so hard" for me to understand is that you think FSU plays so many more out-of-state games. Yet they played one more out-of-state game than UF this year, one more in 07', and one LESS in 06'. If you want to go another year, in 05' they played the same amount of out-of-state games. That gives FSU one more out-of-state game in the last 4 seasons. I really hope you've been drinking or something, because it seems like you have a hard time counting.
breezer1209 2 years ago
How many other schools in the country get to play one of their major rivals a mere 2 hours from home, in a city that's full of supporters? UF plays UGa in Jacksonville every year, and it's been that way for years. It's a virtual home game for UF in a city that is a major fan base for the team. Who else has that kind of luxury? While UF is too scared to come out of the swamp, except to go to Jacksonville and the same old SEC teams, FSU is going to BYU in 09. Already been to Colorado, S.Cal, etc.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Southern Cal? Are you making things up again? Haha, i'm sure UF is shaking in their boots and much too afaid to go out west to play a MWC team or mighty Colorodo. Haha. Believe me when I say it is no luxury to play in the SEC either. This all boils down to SOS and we could discuss that all night, but I really don't think you want to.
breezer1209 2 years ago
As usual, no I'm not making things up. FSU travelled to USC in 1997, and won 14-7. Keep making jokes about the MWC. Utah made Bama look like a high school team basically in their own back yard, and Wyoming beat UT on their field! Playing in the SEC isn't a luxury? Vandy won their first bowl game since 1955, MSU? South Carolina? Auburn? Tennessee? Arkansas? Sure UF has had a good SOS the last few years, but why hasn't UF travelled since 1991, with a weaker SOS?
80Greg80 2 years ago
You're talking about the Vandy team that beat Boston College, right? Didn't Boston College beat you in your own house and go on to play in the ACC title game? Auburn and UT had ONE down year, but those are normally annual powerhouses. Heck, even UT gave UF a better game than FSU did. Why would it even matter if UF has or hasn't traveled much the last 18 years in the first place? I really doubt anyone is concerned when they glance over at those rings. When you play the best, who cares?
breezer1209 2 years ago
You mean the Vandy team that lost to Duke? You know Duke, right? The shittiest team in the ACC? LOL Yeah UF plays the best. How many times has UF played the Citadel? Which team do you think is worse, the Citadel, or Miss State? You still haven't addressed the fact that every other SEC team plays the same SEC teams as UF, yet they still travel out of state, OOC. "Who cares?" isn't a very convincing argument.
80Greg80 2 years ago
You stupid fuck. Did we not go over this yesterday or the day before about how UF already has an OOC rival game? The only team in the SEC that plays another OOC game besides their rivalry is SC, and they played NC st. which isn't much of a threat to anyone, even FSU. Who cares is a great argument when you follow it up with playing in the SEC. The SEC is BY FAR the most difficult conference. Why do you even debate this? UF beat FSU by 30 for the second year. Does that not say enough?
breezer1209 2 years ago
The SEC is the most difficult conference? By far? Ask the Mighty MWC how difficult the SEC is! LOL South Carolina is by far not the only SEC team that plays OOC games out of state. Ole Miss @ Wake Forest is just one example of how wrong you seem to enjoy being. I know it's hard for gator fans to realize that there really is a big world outside Gainesville, but I promise you there is. And in that big world is a lot of football fans who care about why UF is too scared to travel. "Who cares?" Ha!
80Greg80 2 years ago
Again you have proven yourself illiterate. I'll say it again. The only SEC team that plays another OOC game BESIDES THEIR RIVAL is SC. Maybe you'll understand this time. For every Utah/Bama game there is a Vandy/Boston College, Ole Miss/Texas Tech, and UF/Oklahoma game to prove that the SEC is on top.
breezer1209 2 years ago
"The only SEC team that plays another OOC game BESIDES THEIR RIVAL is SC" No matter how many times you write it, it's still wrong. Ole Miss @ Wake Forest is an example of an SEC team playing an OOC game that isn't their rival. Then there's UGA@Arizona State, UT@UCLA and Arkansas @ USC. Why is it that UF has just as many opportunities to play OOC games out of state as every other SEC team, yet chose to puss out of playing Miami and refuses to travel?
80Greg80 2 years ago
DUMB ASS! How long is this going to take for you to understand a simple sentence? I said it already plenty of times in separate posts, but i guess you can't put logic together. "Besides their rival" meaning besides their OOC rival, not just any rival. Holy crap you are dumb.
breezer1209 2 years ago
That doesn't quite explain why UF pussed out of playing Miami annually. I'm wondering just how long you'll continue to make up worthless excuses for why UF is too scared to travel when they have just as many opportunities as every other SEC team. Keep trying, one day you'll make a valid point, maybe.
80Greg80 2 years ago
What is your IQ? Because I don't know if I should make fun of you any longer without feeling bad if you just can't help it. I'll say this one more time. No one else in the SEC (except SC and UGA) plays more than one decent OOC team. And I still don't know why it matters whether UF did or didn't "puss" out vs. Miami. Obviously they aren't too concerned after beating them this year and coming away with yet another SEC and National Championship.
breezer1209 2 years ago
So when you don't have the slightest clue about something, you just say 'who cares" or "it doesn't matter." Funny, but not very insightful. UF has only beaten UM once since 1985. It's really not too hard to figure out why they pussed out. And you still didn't account for why UF hasn't travelled since 1991, and the majority of those seasons UF didn't have an impressive SOS. You make a vaild point/excuse for the last few years, but this trend's been going for almost 2 decades. Why?
80Greg80 2 years ago
I'd love to compare FSU's SOS with UF's any time you'd like. I guarantee you UF takes that comparison easily.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Why does it matter that UF pussed out against Miami? Easy, they don't want to play teams they can't beat. You seriously couldn't figure that out? They replaced them with Montana State, and every other year with cupcakes. While Bama is travelling to Oklahoma, Uga to Arizona State and Arizona, Ole Miss going to Wake Forest, Arkansas playing USC and Texas, and UT (the allegedly great team with just one down year) going to Notre Dame, Miami and Cal, etc, what is UF doing? Citadel again? UF = Pussy
80Greg80 2 years ago
UF is SUCH a PUSSY team! WOW! I can't believe I missed that! I guess I was just too busy watching them destroy FSU 5 years in a row, win 2 SEC and National Championships in 3 years while going 11-1 vs. their top 3 rivals the past 4 years. I just can't believe how scared they are of traveling after beating Ohio St., Oklahoma, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, and beating down FSU on a consistent basis. I can just see Urban and Tebow shaking in their boots. WHAT A PUSSY TEAM! Haha, this is too much fun.
breezer1209 2 years ago
I'm glad you're finally starting to see what everybody already knows. UF plays the same old SEC teams every year. How many hours of tape do you think Urban has on every SEC team? While every other team is travelling across the country, playing against different styles of D and offense, showing what they're made of vs. west coast teams, Big 12 teams, etc, what is UF doing? Pussing out of playing Miami. Pussing out of travelling. For every Ohio State win, there's a choke against Michigan+Miami.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Yeah, I totally agree! UF just couldn't handle a West Coast team. How could I be so blind?! I mean, just because they won their second National Championship in three years after beating the best team in the second best conference, that doesn't mean they could beat BYU! Wow, I am so ashamed of the SEC. What a weak conference...haha. We own your asses. So what does that make FSU?
breezer1209 2 years ago
Sarcasm = classic sign of nothing significant to say. Owned again. Come back when you actually have something intelligent to say.
80Greg80 2 years ago
I guess if you live in the past it does matter. I would understand an FSU fan living in the past and celebrating their last NC won a decade ago.
breezer1209 2 years ago
Why is it that USC travels, and plays OOC games out of state? Why does Oklahoma play OOC games out of state?
80Greg80 2 years ago
"he's no Tebow!", HAHAHA , you got that right bitches! GO GATORS!!

Tebow-3, FSU-0
caulyns80 3 years ago
"Tebow-3, FSU-0"? Is that all you can figure out how to write? How many times have you copied and pasted that? Probably more than you can count. Christian Ponder's no Tebow. No argument there. He's not an arrogant show-off, media whore like Tebow. He doesn't go on publicity tours with his father in the Phillipines like Tebow. He graduated in 2.5 years from FSU and is in grad school now, unlike Tebow. "He's no Tebow you got that right?" Yep, thank goodness he's no Tebow!

Haha. Tebow 1st ever 20+ running and pass tds ever.
Are you gonna bring up any high school games he might have lost too? I heard he lost a game in baseball in tee ball also. Gonna mention that?
jonsey98 2 years ago
How many of those 20 throwing tds were 5 yard passes to Harvin who took it the rest of the way? How many running tds were from the redzone? Not Impressive. Have fun watching tebow play arena football next year!
80Greg80 2 years ago
haha and Here we go. How many does any qb or Rb have from the 5 yard line? And as for 07 he had the most passes of 40yards or plus of any other starting qb. And as for his 1yrd runs, didn't he have a 30yarder against yall when G. Hayes talkin shit to em?
jonsey98 2 years ago
80Greg80 2 years ago
WAsnt every pass he had in The SEC championship and the Natl Championship from a 2nd or 3rd receiver? So in big games on nat'l stage he went to 2nd and 3rd receivers. And as for FSU, doesn't he run them over consistently on his way to beating yall by 40 pts every year hes started? Head to head, Tebow outplayed Geno.
jonsey98 2 years ago
If by "2nd or 3rd receiver" you mean the OU defense, then yes. I guess you didn't see Tebow drill a OU defensive back in the chest with the ball? If you have a problem with the words I'm educating you with, feel free to take it up with the NFL GMs and draft scouts who've said the same thing.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Isn't that the same OU defensive back he ran over on 3rd down to secure the win in the 4th qtr? Or was that Geno Hayes? Oh yeah it was both and they both talked shit b4 the game and in the papers and in the 4th qtr Tebow gives them the GAtor chomp after he runs them over. HEad to head Tebow beat them, literally. Bottom line Mr GM Greg80, he won against both of em.
jonsey98 2 years ago
Why do you ask questions you already have an answer to? Do you usually do that? "Hey, what's my name? Uumm, it's Jonsey90!" If you're going to waste my time like that, you're better off just not posting again. Yeah, I see tebow clap his hands in the faces of defenders. Real classy. Funny how he talks about being a Christian and being such a clean cut guy, but can't demonstrate any good sportsmanship? And anyway, it's no big deal that tebow runs over people. He's 250lbs. Gravity.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Actually its physics. The faster velocity at time of impact always wins. Simple physics. Tebow has heart he doesn't shy away from 275lb lineman calling him out b4 the game Mr GM Educator Greg 80
jonsey98 2 years ago
If I have a hard time falling asleep tonight, I'll just reread this post. List every 275lb defensive lineman tebow has leveled. I'm thinking that's a pretty short list. You think he's tough because he's 250lbs and spears a 170lb db with his helmet? Christian Ponder doesn't "shy away" from DL either, so what's your point? Tebow is tough, so what? A lot of football players are, too. You say he "doesn't shy away" like that makes him special?
80Greg80 2 years ago
Greg Educator, Ponder is a great QB. He will play in the pros and mite even make a He15man race his senior year. Hes smart and can run, a great passer. Just because tho a player wears Orange/Blue or any other color doesn't mean you can't admit when someone is a good football player, qb, lineman, etc.
jonsey98 2 years ago
Tebow is all over ESPN and won a bunch of awards. If you're that needy that you need me to say something nice about your cry-baby qb, then you have more problems than I can help you with. You think Ponder is "a great passer"? LOL Do you even know the first thing about college football? Ponder isn't even a decent passer. Therefore, you just threw out a bunch of flowery bullshit just to make yourself sound good. Next time try thinking before you post. It'll save you a littel bit of embarrassment.
80Greg80 2 years ago
Alrit Asshole Greg. Now u think your own qb who starts for FSU cant throw. Any guy that starts for a major program, especially in the state of Florida, can throw. Tebow and Ponder have beat out many ppl for the position they play. You however, could never start for any college team at any postion. YOur an idiot. You can't play college ball, much less comment on anyone else who can. Tebow won a bunch of awards for a reason. Ponder starts for FSU for a reason.
jonsey98 2 years ago
LOL Learn how to spell before you call me an idiot! "YOur and idiot"? What? It's "YOU'RE." You're 30 years old and you can't spell simple words like "you're" and "you"? "U" is a sign that you are illiterate. Everyone at FSU knows that Ponder struggled with the passing game in 2008. Ponder only had to beat out Drew Weatherford to get the job, and Weatherford couldn't run the new FSU offense. I strongly urge you to think about your words, and maybe check your facts before posting again.
80Greg80 2 years ago
So now you are sayin "YOUR" own qb is awful. Wow. Are you going to complain about the sun coming up every morning? And Ponder and Tebow didn't have to just beat out one guy or two for a starting job. Think ok how many people try out for those teams or even how many highschool kids try and get recruited. They are good and you are on Youtube commenting on how awful they are.
jonsey98 2 years ago
I never said that Ponder is awful. Do not misquote me ever again. I said that Ponder struggled with the passing game. This is a well-known fact, at least well-known to those who actually follow college football. Why would I complain about the sun or Einstein? I'm talking about football. As a matter of fact I was talking about tebow, and you have gotten so far away from my point, that now I have no choice but to believe you don't have any relevent comments left.
80Greg80 2 years ago

How many of you gator fans actually went to UF or have any ties to Gainesville? I would bet very few if any that is why the Gators have a bad rep for being a bunch of Douche Rockets because of all the dumb bandwagon fans they have. The people who have ties to Florida are not bad. Tebow is just another UF QB and FSU fans love to hate on Gators and Gators love to hate on Seminoles that is the way of life FSU will get better and the cycle will continue.

Seminole51088 3 years ago
Yes, as pathetic as your record! FSU went 9-4 this year, and last year it was a lousy 7-6! FSU will never be the same caliber that UF is. Have fun watching ANOTHER UF National Championship?
breezer1209 3 years ago
UFs football team has been around 40 years longer than FSUs. So, UF should have more title than FSU. However, FSU actually averages more championships per year of existance than UF. Though FSU needs to win another title soon to keep that stat in their favor.
Jagwarr 3 years ago
Yea, in 2007 when we went 9-4 we still blew FSU out of the water. Lmao.

UF tried to recruit him in 07,don't think anyone is scared of UF stealing recruits. Both schools take recruits targeted by the other school. "We" blew FSU out of the water? LOL
