I think this video sound very different from J-pop or K-pop. The beat sounds more like central/eastern-European pop. The style of modern Czech, Polish or Russian music... and they are wearing England's traditional school uniform.

I don't particularly like this song, but it's nice to hear an upbeat Thai song, I've heard a lot of SAD Thai ballads that make me want to cry, but not much that made me want to smile.

err... it may be a bit modified but it is still a traditional English uniform. The boys are wearing a Chinese-influenced English blazer... and the girls' style is all-English, the skirt, the necktie, the jumper. The neckties are not English, but modified Scottish tartan.

Most but not all formal uniforms in Asia are varients or modifications of the English or Scottish uniforms.
