the video says it takes years to perform 2 finger zen starting from childhood wrong shifu heng long told us last time 2 fingers is outside gongfu so ther fore it is easy 2 do it it takes 4 month to be good 8 months mideum and 1 or 2 years to make it perfect anyway nice

it took me 5 years to able to go up on 2 fingers- but im still working on it... you have any proof? any vids, any photos? or just words? funny it only takes a year but not many people can do it? lol... Brother-

Lol!man, what a answer, Everyone- the fact that i trained under Shi Heng Long when i was 14 means that doing 2 finger Ch'an is outside gongfu? may i ask? can he the one you speak of do it? and please can you remind me when he was in the SWOL and Kung Fu masters? and what makes you think he was the trainer of the young kids in the wheel of life? By the way? did you see wheel of life this year?

alright wt i said might be wrong but shifu heng long did trianed the kids in wheel of life i say tht becasue in hes class the album its writting on their and it says he was the leader of shaolin wheel of life and kngfu masters thy came from same generation k every year might be different but tht was wen he was in china i hvnt seen wheel of life this year no and ofcuse hes a teacher he can do the 2 finger zen i dnt knw bout this i just listen 2 tehers init ur right its hard not easy tks yrs

wow? he can do 2 finger zen? ...wheel of life was never of a heng generation- and the leader of the group is abbot of the shaolin temple Shi yong Xin- disciples from the show are of a yan generation... like shi yan ming shi yan xin oe shi yan wu...

the producer of the show steve nolan and zhuang yu bao can confirm this- as you may know? i am part of the wheel of life/kungfu masters team..

wang zan pei is the main coach of all of the disciple in the wheel of life show.. he can be seen in the DVD

@shaolin1 Seek the truth? The truth is you were never a student at the Shaolin Temple! The truth is Shi Yong XIn never gave you the name Shi Yan Wu. Why would you go around saying you are a real Shaolin Monk when clearly you are not? Everyone in the circle knows you are a fraud. Yes you were in the Wheel of Life show, but this does not make you a Shaolin Monk. You studied wushu in a school in Henan and performed with a handful of real Shaolin Monks in WOL. You're not fooling the real masters!

@studentofshaolin Strong words my friend... I'm a Shaolin Disciple.not a Monk- I studied in many Shaolin schools in Henan-thats right-I lived in dengfeng for more than 4 years... I also toured in Shaolin warriors and during that time i lived at the shaolin temple and was granted discipleship as Shi yan wu making me a disciple of Shi yong Xin... who are the real masters im trying to fool?- i would love to hear from them as my masters at Shaolin are very pleased with me ... @shaolin1 LIES and Actually yes, I was at the temple with my Shifu in 2006. Never seen u there. Everyone knows the WOL was taken over in 2004 by Wang Hai Ying who is the head master of the school Qi Pang Shan. He's from the temple, but none of the students/performers are from Shaolin. Dont shoot the messenger, but Wong Xiao Lei and Wei Xiao Wen DO NOT approve of ur lies and your false interpretations. Enough said you FRAUD!

PS. Piao Ke (Tong zi gong) hates ur guts along with the rest.

Yes Wan Hai Ying who is Head of Qi Pan Shan, took over wheel of life, along with Wang Zhan Fei... what i am trying to hide? Wang Hai Ying is also and extremely respected monk at Fa wang temple... ALot of the Students in wheel of life i was in were from Fa wang temple... Im sure you can see i can do alot- I have put the training in- Lived in china for almost 4 years, toured more than 10

I now have a school in UK and im sure you can see the level of the students is very high? I am spreading shaolin culture not negativity like you... I have no need to lie, Life is great, Im very happy... its you and the people you talk about that have hate in their hearts- you said it... lol... 2 finger zen takes many years of practice and it is NOT classed as "outside " gongfu...
