It was in Monroe, WA and it was an orange shirt, no blue... he hopped in the river and would have gotten away had someone not seen him previously timing his get away with a stopwatch and raft... that person wrote their license plate.. then gave it to the cops >after< he robbed the bank. In the Midwest, a criminal was contracting victims via craigslist. He would place an ad saying that he would pay a male to come and take care of his 3 acre yard. It was like 20 bucks an hour. The address was in the middle of nowhere. Once the employees showed up, the criminal would shoot and buried them in his yard somewhere. This happened for three people. The only way authorities knew about the crime was the last victim's family placed a missing person request in the police. Creepy huh?
