@withold Most if not all modern technology have its roots in some form of art, even such things as a car, light bulb, atom crasher, computers, synthesizers. Artists are the driving form of most inventions, ideas, and so forth (if you use the artist definition very widely, not narrowing it down to those educated at academic institutes), and I guess that is the reason most people say they don't get art.

But yeah, this reminds me as well of WMP.
