The most ironic thing is that Jesus in the Bible says he doesn't know when the final hour will be proving:
-The pastor was wrong for even trying to know when it'd be.
-Jesus can't be God, as is Jesus is not all-knowing, and all-powerful. If Jesus was all powerful, you'd think he'd have the power to know when he'll cause the final hour.
Islam has a much perfect theology, where Jesus is a prophet, and God is far above the creation.
"The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit." -1 Cor. 2:14
"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness" -2 Timothy 3:16
I cannot find it, but it also says you cannot add to or take away from the bible. I'm not going to argue with you. Arguing with a blind person is no fun. :/
@Teepo131989 Yay, lets use the bible to prove everything the bible states is true! The perfect book! I mean there is absolutely no circular reasoning or lack of outside sources in that whole system of belief.
Also, lets just throw out bible quotes to nonbelievers. Because that will obviously change their mind.
@Koss42 The bible is my guide book. Would you rather I just talk without any authority on the matters I'm discussing. Ya know, I used to be like you all arguing that the bible and everything to do with it was fairy tale garbage for those stupid Christians can't face facts. My December 21, 06 car accident soon put me on a path I thought I never would go down. I met a lady who knew I was atheist and didn't send me to hell. That really opened my eyes.
@Teepo131989 I found Jesus who had been waiting on me the entire time. My body and brain got pretty trashed, in the car accident, but I'm a walking miracle. Sorry for calling you blind. I had no right to say such things. Your cartoon was funny. Have a great day!
@Teepo131989 Oh, did you also thank your doctors, medical researchers, government medical funding, and medical science as a whole for doing everything they could to give you a fighting chance of survival and rehabilitation? At the very least thank your doctor, hospital, and your rehab center.
@Koss42 The car was a 98 Dodge Neon and was totaled instantly. Doctors and science said I was dead and to pull the plug. Everyone but a Christian family and their church gave up on me. Sure medicine probably helped, but I disprove science by waking up every morning, place my feet on the ground, and walking. I am thankful for all those things, but they were, in my opinion, some of the very least of my recovery.
@Teepo131989 There is a difference from saying the odds are against him, and He is dead. If a doctor gives a prognoses saying there is absolutely 0% chance of recovery, then they are not speaking truthfully. We see people recover all the time. Even if that person is christian, buddhist, hindu, or atheistic. Is it against the odds? Sure. Is it suprising? Sure. Do we know everything there is to know about the human body? Of course not. Science never assumes it knows everything there is to know.
@Koss42 Also, stop sending me private messages. I don't use facebook, and I am not going to discuss this anywhere else but here. It started here, and it will stay here. If you want to bring in your friends here then fine. But you already know my stance, so what is the point?
@Teepo131989 "Would you rather I just talk without any authority on the matters I'm discussing"
I'd rather you come to conclusions by your own means. Sure. How horrible that would be!
Car accident hrm? Did you thank all the engineers for making your car safe? Did you thank the law makers which forced auto manufacturers to install saftey features by law against their own will? Did you thank the civil engineers who designed the roads you are on to be safer than before?
@Teepo131989 The only proof you have of that is a book. I have written down that my dog is the One True God's Dog and put it in the back of my bible. You must worship him now.
@InuitInua I liked the part where Teepo(insert string of random numbers here) came to a nonbeliever's channel to view a video about how silly the rapture is. Then proceeded to assert the rapture will eventually happen, and without any evidence. Then came back once more to throw out bible quotes about how foolish we are for not believing blindly everything in the bible, and logic/evidence can not trump something spiritual.
Oh, and finally ends with calling you blind, but doesn't want to ARGUE.
good video
