Ritchie Blackmore is a fantastic guitarist, I actually think he is a little better than Tony Iommi. He just has a lot of soul and groove in his playing. Ronnie James Dio is the greatest singer that ever lived, I have a very hard time listening to a song with his vocals I break down and cry, it's so saddening to realize that he is gone but has created such a legacy of amazing music!! He lives on in my heart and soul forever and ever until the day I die. RIP DIO!!!!

Holy shit, i didn't know rainbow was this awesome... This is back when the music scene was flooded with talented people who got together and just opened the worlds eyes to new melodies and ideas. I'm sad because the creativity and fresh new sounds that mark this era will probably never be seen again...

There are still loads of possibilies and combinations of notes and sounds left but noone seems to be able to find them and turn them into masterpieces quite like these bands did...
