    what year was that??

  • Comment removed

  • lol i wud lite up a spliff

  • @mamaman nice

  • if you smoke. Your a fag.

  • @VadaSkyeline You're and no you aren't..

  • WOW, flying so low!

  • ill never hear this again huh... replay

  • @mamaman31 same thing i was thinkn! lol

  • @mamaman31 ROFL!!!

  • Must have been a disgusting experience, being stuck in an intercontinental ashtray.....

  • @RellyOhBoy Not really, when smoking was allowed the air was renewed all the time. Now there is no smoking the air is recirculated & is of lower quality.

Truth is you were breathing better quality air in the smoking days.

    Odd but true, & just in case you're guessing, I'm a non-smoker !

  • @MrSuniman

Interesting...I just cant imagine being on a plane full of cigarette smoke. I smoke occasionally but I still hate second hand smoke...ILL

  • why do they have smoke seats and rows? your inside a locked cabin, no matter where you sit you will still smell it... lol

  • @tigerpaws77 same with poop...i enjoy a bit of both

  • I thought it was weird that the flaps came up during the landing approach...was waiting for a stall warning buzzer and/or an "OH SH!T" coming from the pilot...(I'm not a pilot IRL, but I play one on the 'pooter)

  • Thank God I can still smoke pole on airplanes... discreetly, of course.

  • @MyAccount4TrollingU MESSAGE ME!!! MESSAGE ME!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MyAccount4TrollingU Neat channel name

  • i hit the refresh button, and heard it again

  • "als Hilfestellung für Ihre Mitreisenden bitten wir Sie, das Rauchen Zigarren oder Pfeifen zu unterlassen"

  • what airline?

  • Actually, the air on a plane is actually worse quality now than it was when smoking was allowed on commercial airliners. Now that no one can smoke, the fresh air supply and air conditioning system no longer need to be refreshed as often, if at all on certain flights. When you could smoke, fresh air was circulated usually every half an hour, leaving it fresher and cleaner surprisingly.

  • @VonGothenhall I believe you!!!! When I fly, I always get sick, usually have to take antibiotics a week after flight! I kow the air must be really bad!

  • "The pilot has turned on the No Smoking sign....please return your stewardess to her full upright position"

  • "and cigarette smoking only please" damn i was looking forward to hotboxing the plane

  • "ladies and gentlemen, from the flight deck - we've reached our cruising altitude of 68 feet"

  • @BrendanIsCool You made me LAUGH OUT LOUD..LOL!!

  • @hieppeihftw then hush up and kiss me

  • I like how non-smokers complain about smokers, because of "their health". Better ask yourself how much more shit you inhale in a single walk in downtown manhattan, or god forbid downtown beijing. I think smokers who dont smoke in half a day are much more dangerous than the "second-nonsense-smoke" that gets inhaled by non smokers.

  • @someoneON people who worry about second hand smoke arent talking about keeling over after standing next to you for 5 minutes, their talking about harm reduction not harm prevention. If i smoked crack, would you want me blowing it in your face?

  • @Theshamruck maybe

  • I like how smokers get annoyed that others complain but, if it affects non-smokers we have a right. My gran has terrible asthma and as soon as even a little bit of smoke from a cigarette gets in her lungs she's in a coughing fit.

  • If they let me have my newports on 9/11 i woulda left a sand nigger with a real bad burn.

  • I am not a smoker, but on a Gulf Airways flight over Saudi Arabia in 1997, the stewardes told us that smoking would soon be banned on all flights, but it we would go to the back of the plane, we could smoke. I went! My best friend gave me a Malboro and I smoked on the plane! Inhaled too and nearly killed myself!

  • I blow smoke in the faces of baby seals.

  • certainly this would help my ass on the flight lol. Flying scares me half to death at least with a smoke id feel a little better....

  • Damn! Back in those days, even the longest of flights were more than merely tolerable.

  • It must have stank of smoke in there.

  • I echo other peoples comments and ask, why the fuck is he not climbing?

  • why is he flying so low?

  • @steven7795

Because a plane has to land sometimes??

  • I'm just wondering why is the pilot flying so low lol

  • @AutoManiacNYY26 I guess that those days, they use to fly low as well..lol!!

  • @AutoManiacNYY26 in the beginning his flaps where retracted so he is propably taking off

  • anyone who has ever flew on an airline in those days was subject to second hand smoke, and now has grounds to sue the tobacco companies. Will you join with me in suing those mother fuckers?

  • @DuhEnlightenedOne

Amazing how naive and stupid to think that the smoke from smokers in odd rows (or whatever) doesn't

come over into non-smokers' even rows. I guess they assume the smoke particles can count rows.

I have an avid anti-smoking friend (I am one, but she is 10X even more so) who would love to join you

    in suing those bastards.

  • @mphello i'm very angry and i'm not going to take it anymore. I'm going to sue the airlines for allowing smokers on planes back in the day. I know my lifespan was cut short. i know it!! how could it not. Join me in occupying all your local runways. the airlines will have to modify their planes for vertical takeoffs. we'll show them that us non-smokers are the 99%.

  • @DuhEnlightenedOne are you writing this in heaven? cos if ur not then sit down and be quiet

  • I'm sorry but I'd hate to be aboard a plane where people were smoking. Why would you want to replace that fantastic smell already in the Aircraft?

  • thank god people cant smoke on commercial jets anymore. that shit stinks.

  • I think everyone that is whining on this video just has a very small penis..?

  • Jesus, what is the Tower telling the pilot!?! "Climb to 500 Feet at runway heading" lol

  • I never smoked on planes back in the day. If the rules were the same today as they were then I would smoke in flight now just to irritate all you contemptuous self-righteous pricks! This was one of the early bricks in the wall that now so ominously blocks so many of the individual rights we once had as citizens of USA. Yeah, that's right. you un-American bastards. You shit on our constitution and ruined our country. I hope you're happy in your suckass constrained lives now. Ha ha ha ha!!!

  • @rapskallion its the democrats man

  • @rapskallion Just because I'm not some pussy bastard that easily gives into peer pressure, that makes me "self-righteous?" It's more self-righteous to poison people around you with your nasty second-hand smoke. Why did you start smoking, anyway? All the "cool" kids were doing it?

  • Yah good idea @StarkRG, I'm sure Christ was on it...

  • @jaggearhead and by chance do you know what happens to planes that get all that smoke in there? ... I take you don't, cause it's really friken bad. Not to mention bad for you!

  • you could even request to go into the cockpit... damn 9/11 & George Fucking Bush & osama (F)ake (B)in (I)aden!!!

  • Comment removed

  • Particularly concerning is that people used flames to ignite their cigarettes in an oxygen enriched atmosphere with highly flamable cabin materials

  • This is definitely "NO SMOKING" on all flights everyday.

  • Thank christ this never happens anymore. I remember one time as a kid finding an empty row in the smoking area to sleep, woke up with a sore throat. Smokers suck.

  • @StarkRG Yes they do. They suck cigarettes. Whereas you probably only suck dick. Badly. Whine off and take your halo with you.....*yawn*

  • @StarkRG and u suck

  • @StarkRG Well shoot, who went to the smoking section to "find a place to sleep"? The is kind of like a homophobic person going into a gay bar, and complaining about "all those fags" isn't it? I am a smoker, and while I agree with the no-smoking on flights, I also know there was a time when people like you were the minority. I smoke in my car, and unless it is a kid in the car or a REAL health problem, you don't like my smoking, get out and walk.

  • @StarkRG I remember being on a KLM flight in 1994 from Amsterdam to Curacao, ended up in the smoking section in the back. My god, do the dutch love their cigarettes

  • @StarkRG YOU SUCK!! fuckin hater! maybe your throat hurt from all the cocks you sucked! SHUT UP WAAAAAA people smoke---GET OVER IT!!!

  • I honestly did not know you use to be able to smoke on an aeroplane. Everyday is a school day.....

  • Ahhh the good old days!!

  • "they are rows 4, 20.....and also rows 33-37............cigarette smoking only please" I'd be going for either row 4 or 20......

  • why would he permit smoking?

  • all through the aircraft. strewth.

  • Happy days

  • @HopeRanchFBS No, it is ignorant losers like you that don't have a clue. Fucking get off the band wagon you pathetic fuck!

  • ahhh....those were the days. And sheep were nervous.

  • I will hear this again BY REWATCHING THE VIDEO!

  • I wonder why they still have the no smoking lights installed on aircraft. They never get turned off, so why even bother?

  • @GermanOperaSinger There are still no-smoking lights on aircraft today because not all countries are complete pussies. Many countries still allow smoking on planes and you can also smoke on privately owned planes.

  • @8Ho03EdONl1liL

Imagine, a small enclosed metal space with no way out; carrying 520 people, 85,000 gallons of kerosene, and 120 pure oxygen generators, all moving at 600 miles per hour; and someone thinks smoking in the middle of that is a bad idea, what a pussy.

  • @8Ho03EdONl1liL

  • @RobynHarris Um... smoking has never been an issue of safety. The ban came at the same time as the ban on smoking in any public place. People allowed the government take away their rights. For fuck's sake, people smoked on planes on every flight (ya know-50s,60s,70s,80s) right up until the 90s. If it was a safety issue, the NTSB and FAA just MIGHT have noticed, ya think???? I hope Robyn Harris is not your real name. Either you're 10 or a complete moron.

  • @8Ho03EdONl1liL 01-04-98 Olympic Air 417 Athens to New York US Supreme Court 02-1348 passenger's death directly caused by second hand smoke 1 death 06-02-83 Air Canada 797 Dallas to Toronto Fire reported onboard, but Captain fails to declare emergency for 7 min 45 secs as he believes cause is careless smoking 23 deaths 07-11-73 Varig 820 Rio to Paris Fire caused by smoker throwing cigarette in trash bin 123 deaths I was able to find these examples in 30 min. Smoking on planes does kill.
  • @RobynHarris Yes, '73 and '83 yet they waited until the '90s when smoking was banned in public places. Obviously, it doesn't kill enough - and the FAA is kind of picky about airline fatalities! Remember the Hindenburg way back in the 30s when just about everyone smoked? Smoking on that WAS dangerous, so they made sure to take people's lighters, etc... because it WAS a matter of safety. On airlines, it's a political thing like it is on the ground.

  • @8Ho03EdONl1liL There was still smoking on the Hindenburg in a special smoking room. There was a few lighters provided but were on chains so you couldn't remove it.

  • @StarkRG You're right. There was an insulated smoking room on the lower deck. The documentary I watched was misleading. Well, now I know.

  • @8Ho03EdONl1liL

The courageous countries are those who stood up to the pussy smokers -

who are so fucking selfish they can't go fucking 8 hours without a cigarette - BOO HOO!

and outlawed smoking on flights entirely.

    Good for them!

How about if I demand the right to openly MASTURBATE on flights in front of children?

I'll bet those pussy smokers would scream and cry about THAT, even though that causes ZERO harm to anyone else.

  • @mphello Chill dude. Smoking on airplanes began during the time in history when it was socially acceptable and encouraged to smoke. Before they knew that smoking was dangerous. Then eventually the risks became more clear, and people wanted smoking banned from planes. So the airlines banned smoking.

  • @stoph311

There was a long period of time there when everyone DID know the dangers of secondhand smoke yet BEFORE action was taken. That long period of time - as exists with EVERY other social injustice ever in history - was caused by the smokers and the tobacco industry lobbyists.

  • @mphello they caused all social injustices? you hear that black people? dont blame me, it was the tobacco lobbyists!

  • @stoph311 the airlines didn't ban it. The FAA did.

  • Health Risks or whatever I think its total bullshit that your no longer allowed to smoke anywhere anymore.

  • @Blackdragon52k nope. smoking kills... just like your brain cells are dead to recognize the negative effects of smoking.... lol

  • @Neilram2001 Well yeah of course theres negative effects, no shit sherlock. But if you want to put something like that in your own body it should be up to you. Not the government. But then again on a plane everyone around you has to take it in too and cant really move away so I agree with that sense that they ban it on planes. It kills you, yeah. But your aware of that when you light up and its your own choice.

  • @Blackdragon52k really? you seem butt hurt... its ok you'll live. ;)

  • I just did

  • ahhh the good old times

  • hah fake how would u know he was gonna annouce

  • @RUNEpkmaster1 he was probably filming the landing...or take off...and caught the speech

  • Wow, that plane is hauling ass!

  • ROW 4, ROW 20! LOL I miss those days. I'm a non smoker now, but thankfully I haven't turned into a self righteous prick.

  • still in the dark ages of aviation travel

  • Remember, this is 1989.

  • @jesseiseighteen whatever didn't sound fake

  • 0.0 WHO THE FUCK WOULD ALLOW THAT?!

  • @webkinzchic1 ...Smoking were allowed in airlines before, but changes were since made after the Air Canada 797 disaster of 1983. Although there were recommendations made after that incident, FAA was short on telling the airlines to ban smoking all together. Air Canada became the first airline to adopt these recommendations and added "no smoking" in their policy. I am not sure if all airlines have adopted this in their policy though...for sure will never fly with them till they are smoke free.

  • looks like a 757-200 to me but then again im almost alseep

  • @dabois85 its a DC10

  • @gummy0021 Fuck u.

  • Yes I can hear this again. I hit replay and I hear it again! DUH!

  • why turn it off during landing?? either that or the plane was doing a flyby at an airshow

  • @Fsimfreak Looks like a takeoff, or a go-around. But I can't imaging the light being turned off during a go-around. Reason I say that, clip starts with only approx. 15* flaps then ends with flaps up. interesting climb out though. Looks like he was given a climb and maintain of only 1,500 or 2,000ft AGL. Strange for an airliner, but could be due to weather conditions.

  • Which aircraft was that?

  • @gummy0021 You are an asshole.

  • what the fuuuuuck

  • Hahahaha!

  • @StealthCessnaCombats Mcdonnell Douglas Dc10 I think

  • why was the plane so low...

  • @aAIRCANADA806 Because it was landing lol.

  • @NCONiall a mid flight callout on aproach, nice

  • Comment removed

  • @NCONiall it was actually taking off

  • thank god!!!!

  • This is ATC tower please hold your altitude at 500 feet.

  • @StealthCessnaCombats DC-10 actually.

  • Ah yes the good old days! Pissing off the non smoking passengers just in front of you.........

  • so sad we can't smoke in planes ='(

  • omfg why are he flying so damm low!

  • @aikmanist it's called an approach

  • @trainguy3 its called a low takeoff

  • @pilotanthony u r right, i did not (for some dumbass reason) notice the retracting flaps! lol

  • The smoking law only applies to commericial aircraft if you have own a private jet your allowed to smoke :)

  • did someone smoke????

  • Too bad people used to be able to smoke wherever they wanted, planes, hospitals, everywhere. I am so sick of little crybaby losers! I don't smoke but couldn't care less if 20 people do so around me. Second hand smoke is totally harmless!

  • @arthurkitchen Tell that to my great-grandfather, he is dead. He never smoked, but worked with a lot of smokers in a small office. He died with lung cancer. Smoking is worthless shit, everybody hates it at start, but want to be a "tuff guy" so continues to poison him/herself. I would put you into room with 20 smokers for 24 hours. I bet you would want to come out after an hour.

  • @Mogzyx I play drums for a living so I am totally used to being around smoke. I also would never even consider dating a woman that didn't smoke as they are usually no fun. "If she smokes, she pokes" is a very true statement and they usually also party, do blow, and love to stay out all night!

  • @arthurkitchen thats true, women who smoke are often more fun. It kind of shows they arnt bothered about their health, so if they arnt bothered about that, they must be wild in all sorts of ways. What is the worst kind of woman? I say the boring fart who was 40 when she was 20, the dull public servant who married early and sprogged early, and whos idea of a good night is soaps infront of the tv, with no vices whatsoever. What do you think?

  • @Mogzyx he cant tell him cos hes dead

  • Very true!

  • !!!!!!!!!WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wait he said you can smoke only in certain seats and then said only cigarettes not like cigars cigaros Cigaros are like cigarettes and cigars together its wierd my brother smokes those

  • @aerosmithfan11 "my brother smokes those"

    Awesome line.

  • @mantas1111000 haha well he does

  • @aerosmithfan11 No, quoted it wrong, "It's weird my brother smokes those". Needed to include more.

  • @mantas1111000 i dont give a crap about fucking spelling im not in school im summer so i turned my brain off

  • @aerosmithfan11 I was fixing my own quote, that didn't have anything to do with your writing. Which could have some fixing, it's horrible, you look very stupid.

    Or for you to uinderstand:

i was fixing my own quote that didnt have anything to do with your writing which could have some fixing its horrible you look stupid

  • @mantas1111000 Ha i dont give a flying fuck, you look like a moron

  • @mantas1111000 Hey guys, have a cigarette and relax!

  • @flyinnjim Nah, I'll pass.

  • The smoking section is right outside the aircraft door.

  • Why the fuck are you flying so damn low :S

  • @TheOneRaf, Approach

  • GLAD I WASN'T ON THAT FLIGHT...NOTHING WORSE THAN THE SMELL OF SMOKE...EW.

  • @chloed148 Yes there is. Non smokers who seem to think they are better than smokers. Word to the wise.....I smoke but am an extremely kind person who holds no grudges and does not judge others. You just sound like a whiny bitch. In your own words, 'EW'!

  • @IDontCheckMyInbox y smoke it sucks

  • @IDontCheckMyInbox "and does not judge others. You just sound like a whiny bitch."

    Greatest example of hypocrisy EVER

  • @IDontCheckMyInbox non smokers are beter than you. why? because you are an idiot, now go smoke some more cancer sticks.

  • I don't get this..

  • "and cigarette smoking only please" LMFAO!!!!!!!

  • I hate cigarettes, but I'd deal with the second hand smoke if it meant we could have our freedoms back.

  • Our smoking rows today are Row 4!

    ROW 4: YES!

    Row 20.

    ROW 20: YESSS!

    and Row 33.

    ROW 33: OHYEAH!

    Congratulations!

  • "No smoking today will be in row 4, row 20 and row 33" because smoke will not travel past these areas to where other are seated????

Thank the lord we never have to hear that announcement ever again.

  • @Ted7864 Best Comment on here. It doesn't take an Engineering Degree to figure out that people stuck in the same tube with same air will all breath polluted air. It too the Airlines and FAA way too long to figure this out. I wonder how many Flight Attendants and Frequent Fliers got diseases related to 2nd hand smoke.

  • @indyfan22k Who cares

  • @chris37865

ah I pitty the fool who is heartless. may you have the fun and joy of lung cancer!

  • Rows 4, and 20
