@Draklonreborn Way off bro, I know its kinda late to reply to this comment, but the Vizards are what Ichigo and the other soul reapers that can use hollowfication. The leader of the Arrancar is Aizen, but the Leader of the Vizards is Shinji. And the top Arrancar is Yami, and your right about the #10 to #0 but he eats and rests to gain raitsu (i think thats how its spelled) and then when He uses that raitsu he can change his number to whichever number he wants, depending on how much he uses.

@crazyjeo1994 The leader of the Vizard is a guy named Shinji, blonde hair, huge toothy smile, they are the group of shinigami that were betrayed originally by Aizen when he experimented on them, given them an inner hollow, turning into what they are now. The group that follows Aizen are called 'Arrancar' they're the opposite of the vizard. Arrancar are high level hollow that remove their masks. That plus part of their form is sealed into a sword, like that of a shinigami.
