i found an album with this song on it, it had mud stuck to it, the sleeve half eaten by moths and god knows what else, it's an albume called rock guitar greats i belive, with all the songs consisting of hendrix, jeff beck, eric clapton and a few others, all from before they got famous as kids. but the track on mine is different, i can hear hendrix singing in a high pitch blues/soul kinda style, either that or the other guy credited, i'll take alook if you guys are interested in more info, thank.

In the early eighties, I too bought/owned an album with this song on it...the album may have been called "Rare Hendrix".

No matter who the musicians are, it is a very nice song...it just seems more romantically interesting/attractive to people, when they think Jimi Hendrix is playing on it.
