E Flatbush is 40z 50z and 90z....E45th and Foster is not E Flatbush...That's Flatbush...There's A Big Difference....30z and down ...anything after snyder is all flatbush....What the hell do I care...I'm a Bed-stuy Vet...EFlatbush is not my home...I just sleep here...lol...
I had an aunt who used to live in East Flatbush off Foster ave & e.45th street. It was such a beautiful home, in a neighborhood that was equally beautiful. Then it all went to hell in the mid-70s. After a group of..."yoofs"...broke into the home of my aunt's 70+ year-old neighbor & raped & robbed her, my aunt sold her home & moved to New Jersey. It's a shame.
