I think it's funny all around. Family Guy talks about every race. What's not cool is how people try to portray black people and actually paint their skin black. Who the hell do you see walking around with those colors these white people are putting on. It's offensive and I don't see it as chosing who it's ok for. Just watch your step because white people took part in slavery so it's a whole nother level when it comes to something like that

@daydaboo19 no it isn't a "whole nother level" . No one alive today could of taken part in slavery and to hold someone personally responsible for something someone 150 years ago. Not to mention the Stereotyping that every SINGLE white person had ties to slavery. What about white People who nothing to do with it... or outright came to the country after slavery? The same of any blacks born today cannot claim to know the suffering of slavery. This is a built up fantasy conflict.

If your dressing up as a BLACK charecter then why can't they be accurate? Why is it you can do a movie like WHITE chicks and it's ok?? It's a gotcha game where you think you can insert a more powerful opinion because of the race you are, because someone else in the past did something derogatory towards black people through the use of "black face". The only thing kids are disconnected about its the propagandizing of history in order to make lame attempts at points today.

Everyone here is just drawing circles and connecting the dots. You have to make a decision, either satire, or the portrayal of someone other than yourself is ok or it isn't. That's the question, don't beat around the bush just make a decision. It's clear that you only care when it's a black person being portrayed. I however feel that everyone should be able to be made fun of because it wouldn't be fair to say some people can and some people can't. You have to make the decision for yourself.

jjwrom, curious, did my other comment get thru? anyway, white people created a constitution that made black people 2/3rds "created equal". this country systematically upheld state run discrimination for all but 45 years of it's history. even women weren't allowed to own property, vote, divorce, or question their male counterpart. in theory, "she" is "fair", but in practice "she" has failed miserably in the past. now is not the time to get complacent. it never is.
