Huh? So, the people who need to do their jobs are the people who should investigate after the scandal has been carried out? Hold on - you sign whatever is put in front of you (after all, you're merely a politician and the administrators should know what they're giving you to sign - not you), and then you happily say that whoever does the investigation ought to do so professionally.
