@SassyNpinkable In the video I was speaking of. The lady explained she found them on a © site. And Suzi said it was perfectly fine 2 use her images if it was 4 her OWN PERSONAL journal. Which in the video the lady was sharing her new found love of mixed media art. That is why I was made the video & explained exactly what I seen in the video. Had Suzi asked nicely where she got the images, the lady said she would've given her the link. But Suzi harrassed her & she closed her account.

@SHEWHOWANDERS I'm agreeing completely, just showing the contradiction in her own videos that she lashes out on other people about. =) The fact that suzi preaches one thing as it pertains to her in the video 102209 and does the opposite by using A.A. Milne's work in her video "Butterfly". If you listen to 102209 in one screen and watch "butterfly" in the other you get a complete picture of how she feels rules/laws apply to everyone but her. She said she would've gladly told SB where the site was,if SB had given her the chance to explain instead of attack her the way she did. SB also told people that they could use her images if it were 4 their personal journal. The lady was only showing people her personal journal that she created. The Big eyed are is not original of Suzi's, also that one of her work can't be made as a copyright. This was so huge back in the 60's many artists used big eyes to connect with the viewer. Do a search online under, big, eyed, artists, 60s. One artist who comes to mind is Margarette Keene, with her big sad eyed puppies, kittens, and children. Some things just can't be made into a copyright for fair share protection against copyright laws...and thank God (the original artist) for that! <3

Web bashing is web bashing however, and such actions can be held accountable by law. I didn't watch or follow any of what went on here, but I can say, that any false statements directly regarding another professional artist (that's their primary source of income) really needs to be thought over prior to publishing it online....just saying in a neutral sense. However, even a tangible work of art has the ability to influence other work and 10% of up to five images from the same artist can be used legally in a work of art under mixed media laws. Copyright free artwork has the legal ability to be used anywhere!! over and over again. We see this on websites and in loops of commercials etc. yes people can make money off it...it is "copyright free." Everyone can have opinions, but the law rules over them every time. Artist's research the term before posts!

People can call it "stealing," but if the idea isn't really original there is no basis for calling it "stealing," and Suzi's work of art is her own. Another artist could come up with a completely different image using the same title or idea. I am not a Suzi follower, but I have seen some of her videos and find her entertaining and talented. So I share this info based on online copyright law knowledge from a college course I recently took.

Just so you know for the future. Idea's that are shared are just ideas. Unless there is a tangible work of art to stand for the idea there is no copyright. "Little Red Riding-Hood and Wolfie," really can't be seen as an original idea. The original story and images have been changed many times over, as with many other fables. So in short you are not entitled to any royalties from Suzi's work. If you have an idea for a work of art, then create a tangible work of art with the idea before sharing.

Had Suzi merely asked her where she got the image, the woman would've gladly told her.Instead Suzi blasted her & all her Banchee crew harrassed this woman so much, she had 2 close her site.Now Suzi will NEVER know what site has her images 4 others 2 copy. ... when Suzi "asked" for ideas from u & others, u freely gave her permission to use them by answering her call. Besides, IDEAS r not copyrightable. We should all learn about copyright laws but nothing should ever be taught/shared w/ malice (shame on Suzi if she did). How do u know she took the Red Riding/Wolfie dolls fr the mag u listed?
