When I was 10, I walked into to borders with my mom to get a book to read, and I stumbled across a little magic kit, so I got it. The card tricks in the book it cam e with caught my eye, I'm 14 now and card magic is my hobby

Hi,I started magic by watching mismag822 videos and at that time i didnt have any bicycle deck of cards.I start to do some easy tricks and for like 3 months i learned a advenced sleights and flourishes,but i have 1 problem i didnt have a bicycle stack.My realy 1. bicycle deck is from nubmagician.I win one of his giveaways i was realy lucky.I didnt buy bicycle deck couse it not able to buy it in my country.And thats it.. A couple of days later, I found a random deck of Giraffe playing cards just lying around. I grabbed them and ran upstairs and started to watch Missmag822's videos, I supposed I owe a big thanks to him, magic is a great hobby to get into, :L

I started card magic when I when a camp... One of the adults was showing the "Red and Black" card trick and I couldn't figure it out. so there was like 8 people and he said," pick any number 1 to 10 and whoever guesses my number I will teach you the card trick...So I picked 7 and I was right. That was the first trick I learned now I'm up to about 97 card tricks and That's how I started card magic.

It was when I was on holiday @ I.O.W.(Isle of Wight), and I saw this really good magician, he was selling some DVD's on how to do a couple of tricks then I got really interested, mainly in card magic, anyway then I started looking on youtube, I found loads of great channels and now I have become a lot better magician
There was a show and tell in my class many years ago. My friend performed a very cool card magic. But he would not tell me how he did it. So, that was the first day I started combing the internet for card magic:D

my friend showed me a really badly done snap change and even though i knew how it was done i thought about how many other things could be done with cards. from there i came across mismag822 videos. it was from one of his videos that i came across your channel(i dont remember exactly which one).
a standard deck of bikes costs $10 in my country so i have had the same deck for ages and it is gross now, and the streamline deck would be highly, extremly, ultra appreciated.
I started magic about 2 months ago when i was in hamleys and people were doing magic tricks so i asked my dad to buy me a pack of magic tricks. I started card magic when my friend showed me a version of slap that card. I had no idea what had happened (since I was not as used to magic) after much thinking I figured it out and starting performing the trick myself. Then I had found a new hobby that puts a smile on people's faces. I found mismag822's channel, followed by andyfieldmagic and since then I have been into magic. I have been busy with a big science unit, so I had to take a break from magic, which is sad. Hopefully I can get back.
I started magic, or card magic, after watching Penn and Teller Fool Us, I amazed by what some people were doing and i thought it would be awesome being able to do the all the same tricks, I started checking around in books and on youtube, I then found Mismag and from there on it was just a part of my life, I found many other great channels including this one.
All I can say is card magic will always be part of my life!
A few months back I started picking up card magic, because I was very interested in misdirection and fooling people and at the same time astonishing them, which entertained me ( I'm evil =P ) and ofcourse entertained my spectators. Doing the impossible is so much fun,I kept on practising card tricks and I still love the art.
I started, not only card magic but coin tricks as well, cause I figured people would enjoy being entertained at my old elementary school as the kids there always spent their break times bored out of their mind!
I first got into magic by one of my friends, he was moving back to florida and he used to be really good doing the riffel and bridge etc, he showed me one trick and i had an appifany, thats what i want to learn, thats the stuff that i want to impress people with!
I saw a friend of mine try to make a coin disappear, and it didn't work. I was surprised that magic was something anyone could learn to do, so I decided to research coin magic on the internet. While watching coin magic videos I was introduced to card magic and it just blew my mind! xD Lost a lot of my interest in coin magic, just think card magic is capable of so much more!
I wanted to learn how to throw cards and watched an episode of scamscool about it.
Then I watched some other videos of scamschool. In one episode brian brushwood mentioned the "gilbrith principal" and he also talked about mismag822. So I checked him out and... yea.. Started to be addicted to card magic
I am studying for university and i used to go out and do tricking/parkour to regenerate my brain after studying all day but i just didn't have time to do that anymore. So only a couple of months ago is watched a quick video on cardistry and thought "Bam, that i can practice while i read!".
And so i got myself a deck of American cards here in Germany - we seem only to produce plastic coated cards in this country - and been practicing ever since.
I went to a shop and this guy was doing d'lite magic so I though I'd start learning but then I found out my step-granddad does magic so he bough me 6 decks of Bicycle Playing Cards and a card magic book and it developed from there!! :)

I was watching tricks on youtube and i came across a video of someone doing a card trick and i was like thats awesome i wanna do that aswell so at first i was looking for tutorials and i loved mismags tutorials and i started getting more and more into card tricks the more i did the better i got. The first time i started out i could barely shuffle a deck. But now i can do lots of shuffles and false shuffles and im learning all the steps as im going along
I started 4 days ago (Practically).. now i know 7 tricks and 4 shuffles (flourishes) the problem is that my hands are small.. so i don't know how i can mange to continue.. anyway, i started it as a fun hobby just to have fun with flourishes after watching videos from the Middle East professional magician and then started looking for tuts and found you and Mismag.. (I used to watch card games long ago) but anyways, i'm interested in flourishes way more than tricks.

My friend started it all, and i was like addicted to it in a few days, and by now i've been playing for like over a year
I started from simple sleights that my friends taught me, and soon i watched mismag's vids and learnt much more
after learning some basic sleights, i started to look at some longer routine and try to figure out what's happening, so as to learn what i don't know.

I started when I was 12 years old, I started because I saw my friends, and I wanted to do what they did, so I started with the trick called Impossible Mind Reader, it was actually a really good tricks, but my friends found it out later on, then i got into intermediate stuff, I am hoping on becoming like you!!!! It was when I was on holiday @ I.O.W.(Isle of Wight), and I saw this really good magician, he was selling some DVD's on how to do a couple of tricks then I got really interested, mainly in card magic, anyway then I started looking on youtube, I found loads of great channels and now I have become a lot better magician

There was a show and tell in my class many years ago. My friend performed a very cool card magic. But he would not tell me how he did it. So, that was the first day I started combing the internet for card magic:D

I started magic when my uncle showed me the smack the card trick. And ever since then i have been fascinated in magic. When I got home that week the first thing I did was search "The greatest card trick in the world" and I got the red card in the blue deck and then it changes trick. Then I stumbled upon Mismag822 and he amazed me. I watched just his videos for a while. Then I stumbled on some of my favorites like Gnarlycardz, Andyfield magic, Decks and Contests, and now you. my friend showed me a really badly done snap change and even though i knew how it was done i thought about how many other things could be done with cards. from there i came across mismag822 videos. it was from one of his videos that i came across your channel(i dont remember exactly which one).
a standard deck of bikes costs $10 in my country so i have had the same deck for ages and it is gross now, and the streamline deck would be highly, extremly, ultra appreciated.

I started magic about 2 months ago when i was in hamleys and people were doing magic tricks so i asked my dad to buy me a pack of magic tricks. Once i got bored of using the same pack again and again i went onto youtube and typed in magic tricks and found mismag822. He is the one that inspired me to become a magician. He is the one that had told me about all you other magicians on youtube such as Tallyhocards9 and from then on i loved magic tricks! Thank you for inspiring me!

I started magic approximately 6 months ago, I was on YouTube and randomly wanted to impress someone. So I thought of magic :D I found some random cards (which were weirdly bicycle jumbo's :D) and saw the trick by mismag which you deal into 6 piles and you spell their card out :D

I started card magic just 3 months ago. I saw one of mismags videos (Jack the Bounty Hunter). I got out my only card deck (red bicycle). I performed the trick to myself several times and then I performed it to my parents. They loved it and i started looking at more card trick videos. I had learned about 6 other tricks until November 7th. I went on youtube and saw mismag upload Scarne's Lie Speller - Tutorial. I instanly went to your channel and i loved your vids and i subbed. I started card magic when my friend showed me a version of slap that card. I had no idea what had happened (since I was not as used to magic) after much thinking I figured it out and starting performing the trick myself. Then I had found a new hobby that puts a smile on people's faces. I found mismag822's channel, followed by andyfieldmagic and since then I have been into magic. I have been busy with a big science unit, so I had to take a break from magic, which is sad. Hopefully I can get back.

I started magic, or card magic, after watching Penn and Teller Fool Us, I amazed by what some people were doing and i thought it would be awesome being able to do the all the same tricks, I started checking around in books and on youtube, I then found Mismag and from there on it was just a part of my life, I found many other great channels including this one.
All I can say is card magic will always be part of my life!

A few months back I started picking up card magic, because I was very interested in misdirection and fooling people and at the same time astonishing them, which entertained me ( I'm evil =P ) and ofcourse entertained my spectators. Doing the impossible is so much fun,I kept on practising card tricks and I still love the art.

I saw a friend of mine try to make a coin disappear, and it didn't work. I was surprised that magic was something anyone could learn to do, so I decided to research coin magic on the internet. Then I watched some other videos of scamschool. In one episode brian brushwood mentioned the "gilbrith principal" and he also talked about mismag822. So I checked him out and... yea.. Started to be addicted to card magic

I am studying for university and i used to go out and do tricking/parkour to regenerate my brain after studying all day but i just didn't have time to do that anymore. So only a couple of months ago is watched a quick video on cardistry and thought "Bam, that i can practice while i read!".
And so i got myself a deck of American cards here in Germany - we seem only to produce plastic coated cards in this country - and been practicing ever since.

I went to a shop and this guy was doing d'lite magic so I though I'd start learning but then I found out my step-granddad does magic so he bough me 6 decks of Bicycle Playing Cards and a card magic book and it developed from there!! :)

beleive it or not, i started magic when I was sick and off school. so i was looking through the draws, and I found a very very old deck. so I went on the laptop and searched " How to do the spring." from then on I have learnt lots of tricks and go on youtube 24/7. Sadly I only have 17 subs :(

I was watching tricks on youtube and i came across a video of someone doing a card trick and i was like thats awesome i wanna do that aswell so at first i was looking for tutorials and i loved mismags tutorials and i started getting more and more into card tricks the more i did the better i got. The first time i started out i could barely shuffle a deck. But now i can do lots of shuffles and false shuffles and im learning all the steps as im going along

I started 4 days ago (Practically).. now i know 7 tricks and 4 shuffles (flourishes) the problem is that my hands are small.. so i don't know how i can mange to continue.. anyway, i started it as a fun hobby just to have fun with flourishes after watching videos from the Middle East professional magician and then started looking for tuts and found you and Mismag.. (I used to watch card games long ago) but anyways, i'm interested in flourishes way more than tricks.

so i comed to card magic when i saw my mother she was always playing solitaire
and then she was used the riffle shuffle to shuffle the cards so when i was young i want to
